Nick, Paul, Neil and Adam are still looking for Victor - no signs of him at all as he's using cash. Neil asserts he's head of NE as Victor named him so after Sabrina's death. Adam pouts and he and Nick have another snipe exchange.
Jack and Sharon are thrilled with RS's direction, lots of interest from advertisers and celebrities wanting in on it. JAck wants to top the Sabrina article for issue #4.
Jill appoints Cane as new CEO of Jabot Cosmetics. (Peter Principle, anyone, lol!!) She's happy about her son's engagement to Lily. No date set, but they don't want a long engagement.
Neil pulls rank on Adam regarding Granville Global. Neil looks on with curiosity as Adam orders the house manager around - Heather's coming for dinner. Neil says he's glad to see Victor's disappearance hasn't interfered with his social life.
Brad joins Phyllis and Nick at CL - Nick called him earlier. Nick wants Brad to join in as partner in RS, help him buy out Jack.
Heather makes a press statement that Chow killed Ji Min and likely Skye Lockhart. Jack and Sharon say "poor Nikki". Jack twigs that THAT would be a fantastic article for issue #4, topping the Sabrina expose in spades.
Sharon voices concern about doing an article on Chow as it involves people they care about. Jack says they could do just a straight story, no sensationalism. Sharon says they'll need Nikki's cooperation. (That'll be easy, lol....NOT!)
Paul makes a friendly visit to Nikki who is still blaming herself for Sabrina's death, for being so stupid about David. Paul says she needs to get back to work, but nope, she already resigned from Jabot. She does need to find something to occupy herself, just not doing battle with Jill.
Brad's mildly interested in Nick's proposal, but he would demand input in RS, then declines because he's so involved at Jabot, plans on taking over. Phyllis consoles Nick's disappointment by saying Brad would have been the WORST partner ever - control freak that he is.
Cane is confident he can do the CEO thing because he's learned so much in the last year, and he IS a Chancellor through and through. He'll make her (Jill) and grandma proud.
Jack visits Nikki, says he might have something to help her turn around her funk over David by doing an article on him. Nikki calls it a sick joke, rants on and on. Jack's eyebrows shoot up when she tells him Victor is missing.
Paul and JT consider that Victor might be a victim of the mob. They do have a way of tracking down V's cell phone - found it through triangulation, and it's still in GC. Paul has the address - the cemetery where Sabrina is buried.
Brad confronts Jill about his CEO position and she hedges, says when the time is right, he'll be well taken care of.
Neil bums out Lily and Cane's happy, happy day by asking about Chloe and her baby. Is it true she is carrying Cane's child?
Phyllis advises Nick to use all his frustration energy to defeat Jack at the magazine, think she has an idea. Nikki calls Nick, tells him about Jack's idea to run an article on Chow. Nick's furious, has to go kick Jack's ass.
Adam hugs Heather hello at the ranch. She's so much happier back at the DA's office. Adam's distracted, begins to tell her about Victor but it has to be a secret. Hmmm - Adam's tolerable when he's with Heather. I wish he was when he's around the others.
Paul and JT find Victor's cell phone in the grave. Dig, dig...
Cane and Lily fill in Neil on the back story of Chloe's, swears he never had sex with her. Lily calls Chloe crazy.
Jack tells Sharon he wants to go ahead with the story without Nikki's help, and never mind Victor's reaction because he's missing. In storms Nick, fuming etc.
Brad learns that some important documents were taken from his files for Cane Ashby, calls Jack for a private meeting, no Nick or Phyllis.
Paul tells Nikki they found V's wallet, epilepsy meds and cell phone in the grave. OMG from Nikki.
SO they dug up the grave just to find the phone..That sounds a bit creepy. Though makes you wonder who else has called him
Victor must have tossed the things into the grave site after the coffin was lowered but before the grave diggers filled in the hole because Paul said they found the plastic bag under a few inches of dirt. Still creepy, eh?
Back to Neil, Lily and Cane, discuss the DNA sample. Cane gets a call, Chloe's in the hospital, problem with the pregnancy and she wrote down Cane's name and number as her contact.
Sharon and Jack meet with Brad. B suggests they might like to do a story on Jill, that she KNEW about Chow's gambling for days before it became public, that she sat on the info to use it to her own advantage to force out Nikki and David. Jack's VERY interested!!
Adam and Heather again. He can't find any clues about Victor's whereabouts from his computer, and no sense worrying but bad things happen to good people all the time. Adam says he HAS to protect his father's business because no one else will, certainly not Nick or Victoria, that those two would like to see NE run into the ground. He'll have to take some action to make sure that never happens.
Phyllis and Nick get the news from JT about the grave site find and agree it isn't a good sign.
Nikki is falling apart again over Victor. Paul assures her he won't give up looking, kisses her cheek good bye. She fights wanting to take a drink.
Somewhere else, in a seedy bar, Victor, in a black ball cap, orders and knocks back one whiskey after another.

Adam tells Nick that he think this is what dad would want. Nick says "you've known dad for what, six months, and this is what you are sure he would want?"
Neil holds the DNA test results envelope addressed to Lily.
Victoria slaps Adam across the face when he says to her that HE was on that podium, not her, therefore Victor must have agreed with HIM. Victoria's furious!!
Well, Adam doesn't have my support, lol. I like him okay when he and Heather are together, end of liking him, though.
Nick doesn't seem to have many supporters at SOC for some reason, probably getting negative reactions from the very young viewers over there is my guess. I think only teens wouldn't have the perspective necessary to appreciate that Nick needed to pull away from his father for all sorts of reasons. Some call him and Victoria ingrates!! That astounds me to no end!! I will have to stop reading over there again, lol.
Anyway, back to Adam. I haven't read a thing about his future on Y&R. Nothing at all.
there does seem to be a lot of Adam fans at SOC though, that could be where the Nick hate comes from. That and I think there are too many Sharon fans over there
