Kay and Marge are driving in a rain storm and Marge begs to turn back, but no, no, she might changer her mind tomorrow. Then CRASH. Jill and Nikki report Kay missing to the police, ask for discretion. Jill and Esther wonder how on earth they could have missed Kay's drinking like that but she sure had them all fooled.
Kevin recalls banging on the Chancellor house door and trying to leave the money but deciding he couldn't just leave it there since no one answered. He's back at CL where Amber and Daniel ask him about the money. Amber wonders what the heck Kevin did to Mrs. C because he just told them "she's gone".
Paris! Phyllis is frustrated trying to phone Nick - she can't get through, so leaves him a note in the hotel. Meanwhile, Nick and Sharon are sightseeing, laughing. Sharon carries on about how this is her first time there and he offers to take her to see the sights, it will help him take his mind off looking for his father. They agree to dinner and a walk afterwards. They are friends, after all, and off they go, arm in arm.
Ashley hugs Victor hello and he pushes her away, asks what she is doing there. He's NOT pleased to see her.
Nikki checks Kay's phone and her last call was to Amber. Nikki calls Amber, looking for Kay but Amber doesn't know where she is but she called her and a man answered, said she was gone. Jill knows that must have been the bartender.
Phyllis, all dressed up in black and looking great, greets the photographer for the RS shoot, meets the model, hand kissing. She mentions that she is having a hard time reaching her husband and business partner who should have been there by now.
Nick and Sharon are having dinner together. He tells her how happy she looks. Chit chat about about their past and Noah and what a sweet kid he is. She just knows that any girl he falls in love with, she'll like. (*snort* Not, lol.)
Ashley asks Victor if the only person who can save him is Saint Raymond, and if he is there seeking solace and he replies "what if I told you that I am as guilty as sin?" and walks away. She yells back "I know you're not guilty". "How do you know that?" She says "because I know you, but Nikki thinks you may have killed Walter Palin" and he says "yes, she would, and she is responsible for all of this".
Eden and Noah are in some little old book store in Paris. She's annoyed with him for not "soaking in the vibes" there. She quotes Hemmingway about having a sentence of truth... Noah starts to "get" it. (Eden looks a little cuter in a beret, She's tuning down the facial contortions, too.)
Daniel and Amber again, back at CL, talk about Kevin and Mrs. C. Daniel's impatient with Amber and lashes out at Kevin over his meeting with Katherine. Kevin says he will not talk about it.
Photo shoot on the streets of Paris, and still no Nick there. They agree to start taking the photos. Flash over to Nick and Sharon at the restaurant. He tells her about AShley being there looking for Victor.
Ashley chases after Victor. He wants to be left alone, he is dead inside. He collapses into her arms. He's okay but hasn't been eating, so she takes him to a nearby cafe.
So someone on SOC mentioned this, wasn't Sharon in Paris when Nick first slept with Phyllis?
Sharon said today that she had planned to come to Paris before but something always came up and she had never made it. I sort of remember that she went to Paris after the Phyllis affair, but, eh, it's not the worst lack of continuity, lol. The point here is that she's all enthusiastic about seeing Paris, Nick knows the city, so the two of them have "good reason" for spending the time together. It's a plot point.
Back to the recap:
Jill, Nikki and Esther do some sleuthing to find Kay and Nikki calls Kevin who confuses things even more when he tells her that he went by to meet her but she wasn't there. Kevin is super reticent to talk about his reason for going to Kay's house. (I think he's more concerned with letting people know that he has all that money in case he gets to keep it than he is about keeping Katherine's secret. She HAD asked him not to say anything.)
Kevin snaps at Amber when she grills him about that phone call, tells her to leave it alone.
More Nick and Sharon. They both agree that being with each other makes them feel normal again. They leave the restaurant to go sightseeing.
Noah and Eden get closer in the book store as she talks about her mother.
Ashley and Victor in a bistro as she urges him to take just one bite, for her, and he does. She reaches across to him and pats his hand.
Photo shoot with more chansons, lol. Very cute model, smashing red outfit.
Ashley notes that after eating, Victor is looking better and he bids her to leave him now, and tell no one that she saw him, that he is in Paris. She says "not even your children? They love you, so many people do". He replies that it doesn't matter now, gets up and leaves.
Nikki, Jill and Esther stew about Katherine, and off go Jill and Nikki to search, leaving Esther behind in case she comes home.
Amber tells Daniel that she KNOWS something isn't right with Kevin and Mrs. C. Inside, Kevin contemplates all that money, asks himself "where are you, Mrs. Chancellor?" Crash scene. A bloodied manicured hand reaches across the dashboard.
Photo shoot is all done and it went very well. More mention of no Nick. Phyllis says she's going to walk around the city seeing the sights. Nick and Sharon are on a tourist barge on the Seine, casual chat, admire the views. Accordion music again, lol. He thanks her for letting him see Paris for the first time again, through her eyes. He'd been there so many times before, he was jaded. They exchange a glance - uh oh.
Ashely, still chasing Victor, gets him to stop. He talks about losing Sabrina and their baby. He was so enraged, he went after the scum that murdered her, but it didn't help. He feels alone, so alone, just like when his mother left him at the orphanage when he was a little boy. She appeals to him "what about me?" His face softens and he takes her face in his hands, hug, hug, kiss - a long one. He smiles and some light comes back into his eyes. Camera moves to a view of the Seine and a bridge, French music.

Sharon and Nick are on a bridge at night. He asks her if she is cold, yes, so he puts his arm around her. Meanwhile, Phyllis is walking along the same bridge and sees a pair of lovers kissing, smiles to herself. Nick and Sharon are just down the way.
