Kevin checks into his stash of Kay's cash when along comes Gloria and Jana, so he stuffs it under the counter. Gloria says that after tomorrow she'll be running Jabot and Kevin will be sittin' pretty. mike enters, calls his mother self-serving for not helping Lowell.
Jack tells Jeff that Jill has called a stock holders meeting for tomorrow and Jeff says he's to be CEO.
Amber and Daniel. She sobs because she burnt the turkey. Cute.
Tyra rants about not being able to contact Yolanda. Devon claims he'll kidnap Ana if necessary, she is coming home.
Jeff puts forth his case for being CEO of Jabot, Jack agrees and they shake on it.
Gloria and Michael go round and round on her helping Lowell. She says by tomorrow, he'll understand why she won't do it.
Neil calls Mike for help in the Ana situation. best Mike can do is get him some names in the morning for family law. Neil, Devon and Tyra take off to see the social worker. Billy offers that a buddy of his can help - he's in family law, and he and Lily leave together to go get him.
Gil comes into the room where Neil and Tyra are as they wait for Devon who is in with the social worker for an interview, apologises for having to do things by the book. Tyra's angry with Gil for turning them in. He hugs her. Good Bryton scene with the social worker as he makes HIS case for giving Ana back to her real family.
Michael asks Kevin what it is that Gloria's hiding, Kevin plays dumb, says he has no clue. (Bad Kevin!!) Kevin finally spills the beans about the Jabot take-over and Michael sees that Kevin has a part in it. Mike says Gloria is going to regret trusting Jack and they all will soon too.
Gloria asks jack if she'll be named CEO at the take-over, right? Jack says yeah, but what about Jeffery? Blah, blah. Jack says he is 100% behind Gloria!! She can not wait! (Bad Jack now too, lol.)
Poor sobbing Amber as she visits Kay's grave with Daniel.
Billy buttonholes his family law friend, Raphael at dinner at GCAC. Lily asks him to help with Ana and he agrees because he owes Billy so many favours from high school days.
Jeff, Glo and Jack toast to Jabot. Jack looks very pleased with himself!
Social worker agrees to let Devon see Ana but not Tyra.
Glo and Jeff gloat to Michael about how Jack is their pawn getting the short end of the Jabot stick. Jana listens sceptically as they prate on and on.
Lily, Billy and Raphael Torres arrive at the social worker's office. Devon points his finger at Gil, says he is responsible for Ana's hell and nightmares now. Marisol makes an exception and allows Ana out to say goodnight to Tyra. A Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon arrive to take Ana away with them. Sob, sob as Tyra collapses into Neil's arms. BLECH scene.
Sweet scene with Amber and Daniel as they eat pie they picked up from CL.He says he's the luckiest guy in the world and they kiss.
An almost kiss between Billy and Lily as he takes her home.
Karen encourages Neil to never give up this struggle for Ana. Outside, Devon and Tyra recall the horrors of Yolanda.
Jana finds the money sack under the counter! He tells her it was Mrs, C's, that she left it there and he tried to get it back to her, and now she's gone and Heather....

Kevin asks Jana if they can please keep the money, please. "I love you Kevin, but this is not up to me, it's up to you" as Jana plops the bag of money down on the counter in front of her husband. Jana is disappointed and hurt that Kevin lied to her about the money in the first place.
Michael continues his tirade on helping Lowell to Gloria and Jeff. Gloria tries to pull the guilt card out and says she sacrificed everything for Michael, and now it's her turn. This time, she plans on getting it all.
Jack's on the phone, says the stock holders' meeting is tomorrow and they'll never see what's comin'.
