Phyllis, Nick, Lauren and Mike share coffee at CL and Phyllis changes the subject quickly when Nick talks about the latest cover of RS (that was shot in Paris but he doesn't know that yet).
Daniel and Amber are planning their lives post RS jobs they are quitting soon.
Back at the Jabot meeting, Jill is having a fit over the take-over. Billy stands his ground as Cane and Jill fume. Jill has figured out that jack is behind this! Good scene!!
Sharon questions Noah about where he's going and who he's going to meet. NEW EDEN!! (Vanessa Morano - very pretty girl.) Eden lurks outside Noah's house waiting for him as he lies to his mom that he's meeting some guy. Sharon buys it.
Jana stops by to visit Daniel and Amber with some sketches of Amber's dresses to inspire her.
Noah and Eden burst into CL and are caught red-handed by Nick, Phyllis, Lauren and Mike. He is supposedly grounded.
Jack denies all involvement in the take-over. Jill rants, Gloria carries on too. Lily stands in the doorway taking it all in. Ashley arrives! As the others argue about who's competent to run the company, Ashley says that SHE will be in charge. Jack winces as in uh oh. Brad and Colleen are positively gleeful sitting there watching the theatrics.
Gloria and Jeff, lol, funny! She's not pleased to be standing in line behind Billy and Ashley in running Jabot.
Phyllis confides in Michael that Sharon really gets to her, the way she always runs to Nick about Noah. Another good scene as she tells Mike that she went to Paris to do the cover shoot and how she found Nick and Sharon kissing. Sharon shows up at CL for the Noah drama. Phyllis tells Mike that this has been going on since Sharon and Jack have been having problems. He warns her NOT to pull anything sly as her schemes have a habit of backfiring on her.
As Amber yaps on about Kevin and a wad of cash, Jana recalls finding the money bag and Kevin's explanation.
Now Kevin's angry about the snag in the Fisher plans to run Jabot, Colleen defends what Billy did to his mother as loyalty to the Abbott family. Lily's not convinced by it as she considers what he did to his mother and brother as back-stabbing.
Cane lashes out at Billy, tells him to go back to the other side of his family.
Ashley confirms to Jack that she is moving back to GC to run Jabot. He pretends to accept that with grace but you can see that he isn't all that thrilled and Ashley is somewhat suspicious that her presence has scotched Jack's original plans for the company.
Big fuss on the CL patio with Noah and Eden defying the parents decree that they should not see each other outside of school.
Billy tries to explain to Jill his side of the story but Cans calls him a creep, Chloe calls Billy a jerk. Brad has a bit of fun with Jill, *snort*. Billy tells Kevin to "shove it". Funny stuff. (Hey, speaking of Brad, did you read the news that Don Diamant got fired from Y&R?)
Jeff cooly tells Jack that as long as the Bardwells are happy, Jabot is in good shape with Ashley and Billy at the helm. but if the Bardwells are UNhappy, then all this goes bye-bye. Gloria eavesdrops, pleased how Jeff handled it with Jack.
Lily sees Cane with his head in his hands, asks him if he's okay. She assures him he'll be kept on at Chancellor. Warm smiles back and forth. He starts to warn her about spending time with Billy when Chloe comes along and chases her away.
Ashley assures Billy he'll be a key player. She really has confidence in him although she doesn't in his mother or in Jack.
Gloria tells Jeff that they are actually a team now and although they don't know it, the Abbotts saved their marriage.
Kevin rants on about having to work for Billy. Amber suggests that this is what Kevin had wanted all along (the Jabot take-over). Jana has a WTH moment
Jana sits quietly as Amber intimates that Kevin might have wanted Mrs. C to die, then interrupts and defends Kevin.
Cane runs through his mind his conversations with Billy, knows he's been an idiot. Chloe's there with comfort for him and he warms up a little.
Mike and Lauren take Eden home and Nick goes with Sharon to take Noah back to the Abbotts as Sharon says they need to work this out as a family. Nick kisses Phyllis goodbye, says he won't be long but Phyllis is clearly upset. She calls Brad. "Sharon is about to get some very bad news about her husband and I want you to be there to pick up the pieces." Brad snaps shut his phone and heads out of GCAC.
Jeff and Gloria plot their next move. Glo says that Ashley is the most fair-minded of the Abbotts and in due time she'll come around.
Jill warns Ashley that she's going to keep a close eye on her brother and if she suspects he has anything to do with Jabot, she will ruin him, and her too. Ashley wishes Jill a nice day too, lol.
Lily returns the phone to Billy and refuses to listen to his reasons for what he did, tells him not to bother coming around to check on the Ana situation.
Jack reminds Billy that they have a deal and Billy owes him. Jack will feed Billy instructions about the running of Jabot and he must convince Ashley that they are his own ideas. Billy reluctantly agrees. Jill watches the whole exchange but couldn't hear. Billy is very uncomfortable.

The bartender at GCAC hands Nick a key card (?), says a beautiful woman left it for him. Nick grins.
Brad, on the phone with Phyllis again, asks her what she's up to. Phyllis says he needs to intercept Sharon so she won't come running to her husband.
Sharon plops down some papers on the table at GCAC, asks for an explanation. Jack says it isn't easy to admit....
(This must be the evidence Phyllis had about Jack hiring the hooker, and Jack's claim that he's a sex addict.)
Have you noticed that Sharon s getting bitchier lately? There was a moment today, on the CL patio with Noah and Eden that Sharon almost got into it with Lauren again over Eden being a bad influence on Noah, and then her comment to Phyllis that she and Nick had to address the Noah drama as a "family".
And YAY for Phyllis and Michael today too. I miss that friendship, happy to see it again.
