Hey all! It's been a rather busy week here. I thought I was all done Christmas shopping, but I must brave the stores for a robot. Uggh. Apparently, Jackson has twice asked Santa for one, so I must deliver, LOL.

I'm exhausted, but my Brie en Croute is in the oven and almost ready to be devoured. Yum, yum.
I'll def send it your way. I discovered I'm not a huge fan of Brie cheese now. LOL. It was okay, and the raspberry made it more edible, but It's just one of those things I tried, but wasn't crazy for.
Jojo, next time try it with red pepper jelly. When I put the brie or camembert in the baker, I smear some of the jelly on the top, a generous blob, and it really is delicious! Then use plain biscuits like a table water biscuit so it doesn't mess with the flavours. I wish I didn't love raw cheeses as much as I do. I know they aren't that great for us, lol.
I'll give that a try. I just blobbed the raspberry jam and pecans on top of the round of Brie, folded it up in puff pastry and baked away. I think maybe a different flavor would tone the brie for me maybe.
