Sharon writes a heart-felt letter to Nick from the cabin. (My bet is she tells him she loves him.)
Nick and Mike are driving around looking for Noah. Nick blames Mike and Phyllis for not checking Noah's story out. Meanwhile, Lauren and Phyllis feel stupid for letting the kids dupe them that way.
Noah falls through the ice on the pond. Help, help!!
Ashley and Abby run into Colleen at GCAC. Abby is made out to be a snotty little princess. All are waiting for Bra and along comes Jack to join them. Would Colleen agree to be the new Fresh Face for Jabot? Yeah, she'd LOVE it!
Jack's concerned about a "killer storm" heading out to the cabin area. Brad's car breaks down out in the woods, hears Noah's calls for help.
Lots of hand wringing with Phyllis and Lauren, Mike and Nick over the kids. The blizzard is getting stronger. Brad's looking for Noah whose voice is getting weaker. Uh oh. (This is tense!!) Brad inches out onto the ice on his belly. (I can barely watch this.)
Ashley, Colleen, Abby and Jack again, yapping about Brad having a hard time with the Victor factor. Girls leave, Ashley and Jack talk about Victor raising Abby and Brad's objections to it. They disagree, of course.
Sharon back to her letter-writing to Nick. Uck. (We know where this is going, don't we.) Lots of flash-backs to their life together. "I loved the life we shared."
Phyllis blames herself for the whole Noah and Eden mess, thinks that Nick will blame her too. It's Cassie all over again.
Nick gets a call, someone found Noah and Eden.
Jack admits to Ashley that Sharon's heart was never his. Ashley tells him he's just trying to make this out to be not his fault but he responds that Nick was always there, their history together etc, blah, blah. And another flashback of Nick and Sharon at the carousel in Paris talking about Cassie.
Nick, Phyllis, Lauren and Mike arrive at the ER where Noah has been admitted. Eden's there now too, is okay. No sign of Brad. Apparently Eden found Noah lying on the ice, assumes he pulled himself out. Kid's unconscious.
Jack gets word about Noah and realises Sharon is without a phone and knows nothing about this. Then back to Sharon still writing this LONG letter to Nick.
Ugh, I hate these stories about kids falling through ice! Nick's not taking it too well either, is angry with everyone for being so stupid, including the adults.
Abby tells Ashley and Colleen that she'd heard about the skating party and knew it was a bad idea, knew that it was all Eden's doing.
Noah's waking up. but still groggy and weak. Eden wants to go in to see him but Mike has the good sense to stop her. Jack, Nick and Phyllis talk to Noah who can't remember how he got himself out of the lake.
Park ranger checks in on Sharon, then leaves. She goes back to writing her letter to Nick. He is the one constant in her whole life and is still in love with him, wonders if there is any chance they can be together again. She says she can't do this and scrunches up the pages and tosses them in the fire.
Noah is improving and will be fine but has to stay in the hospital for a while. Nick hugs Phyllis. Oh no. Nick asks Phyllis to stay with Noah, he has to go to Sharon and tell her about this.
Back at GCAC the ladies are worried about Brad, he is SO late. Colleen goes to check his house. Over to Brad's car in the snow, his lantern he used to locate Noah and a clump of something like a mitten or a head. (It's obviously Brad, a dead Brad.)

Phyllis is angry with Nick, he can't be serious about wanting to drive up to the cabin. He says he HAS to tell Sharon what happened.
Colleen is frantic about her missing father, asks JT where she should start looking. Victoria looks on, concerned.
Jack asks Phyllis where she is going. She says she's going to find her husband.
Yep, Brad dies a hero. Now THIS will be awfully hard to pin on Phyllis, lol. So much for all the speculations that Brad gets murdered by the Nazis. But I am a little confused. DD's last air date is very early on in February. This epi today will air in the US on the 30th, then Monday is the 2nd, so could it be that Brad gets taken to hospital and dies there?
Spoilers say that Nick finds that long letter and passionately kisses Sharon who doesn't resist this time. So I guess the fire didn't consume it after all. I wonder if Phyllis drives up to Twin Lakes to find Nick and Sharon at it for real this time. I am SO glad that Phyllis will be proven to have been the wise one in the Nick and Sharon mix.
