Phyllis bursts into Noah's room at the hospital, Noah's asleep, Jack tells her about Noah remembering that Brad Carlton pulled him from the water.
Nick and Sharon at the cabin, the morning after their love fest. Both admit to having slept the best they had in months. (Absolutely no sign of remorse from either one for having spent last night making love.)
No sign of Brad either. Colleen leaves with JT to join the search while Abby and Ashley remain at Brad's place to wait for his return.
Kay's all dressed up in the outfit Amber brought her to go see the pawn broker. Murphy gives her a pep talk about convincing that pawn shop guy to admit he bought that ring from her. All this is in an effort to have the DNA test approved by the judge (which makes no sense to me, but oh well).
At CL, Amber, Daniel, Jana and Kevin worry about Kay's visit with the pawn shop man. Jana suggests that dental records might be worth a shot to help Katherine. Kevin wants to break into the dentist's office and steal them, lol. Cute scene.
Michael arrives at the trailer with Mr. Langston, the pawn broker. He claims no to recognise Kay at all.
Noah asks for Brad, wants to thank him.
More Nick and Sharon as she gets all googly eyed at him, kisses him...knock at door, the ranger with the good news that the roads are cleared and it's safe to leave. Glum Sharon.
Michael finally gets through to Langston and he admits to selling Kay's ring but he didn't buy it from "that broad", pointing to Katherine.
Nick leaves for town, Sharon pouts.
Jack accuses Phyllis of sending Brad to the cabin, but Phyllis denies it, makes a good case as she tells him Nick knew all about her part in the Brad and Sharon thing before he went to the cabin. Jack figures this is bad news.
Lots of fussing about Brad as Victoria arrives at the Carlton house and declares Brad a hero for saving Noah.
Up at the lake, JT hears a kid scream for his mom - kid found Brad's body frozen in the ice. ICK!!
Jana makes an appointment for Katherine at the dentist but they are so busy they can't take her until March. Kevin wants to break in to get the records.
Kay gives it to Langston as he continues to stonewall about knowing her. Nasty man.
JT breaks the bad news to Colleen. Much sobbing.
Phyllis takes off a message from Nick, tells Jack he is on his way home and Sharon will come down directly to pick up Noah. Good Phyllis and Jack scene! She's in denial about Nick and Sharon, Jack isn't, thinks they pushed them together with their lies and manipulations, schemes and meddling. Phyllis insists things are NOT over for her and Nick.
Katherine again. Wonderful!! She threatens Langston and he begins to realise she IS Mrs. C.
Colleen and JT arrive at the Carlton's house with the grim news. More sobbing.
Hmm. Nick goes back into the cabin (I thought he'd left earlier) and Sharon is beginning to have scruples about what had happened as guilt seeps in. (You're right, Shelly. Sharon's guilt about Brad and Nick will do her in, the logical explanation for her "break down" in spoilers.)
Daniel isn't as pleased as Jana is about Amber and Kevin getting along so well. Daniel says they feed off one another, calls them Bonnie and Clyde.
Jack tells Phyllis about Brad being DEAD. Gulp and gape. Phyllis blames herself, is afraid Nick will think it is all her fault. Good Jack! He advises her to go home, focus on something she can fix, as she said it herself, her marriage isn't over.
Nick doesn't think he can keep this secret from his wife. Sharon says if he tells Phyllis he'll just hurt her. Nick likens their cabin adventure to a Star Trek episode of alternate universes. Big kiss. Sad. Nick leaves, Sharon's in tears.
Mike calls Kevin with the news that the pawn broker admitted to everything. Amber gives Kevin a scarf she knitted for him as a belated Christmas present. (Ack, another couple merry-go-round in the works??)
Victoria, Ashley, Colleen and Abby react to Brad's death. Boo hoos and hugs.
Phyllis awaits Nick's return and in he comes. He's shocked by the Brad news. Whoa, one look at him and Phyllis KNOWS what happened (I think).
Jack breaks the Brad news to Sharon. Gasp, sobs. She asks Jack to stay with her when she tells Noah. And she tells the boy just as Nick arrives. Nick and Sharon hug Noah. Jack quietly leaves the room, but looks back and he sees how close the three of them are, and now he KNOWS too what happened at the cabin (I think).
WOW!! Really good episode today.

Victor surmises to Neil that Jack's hold on his sister is going to diminish, in fact, disappear entirely. Neil says he (Victor) really likes stirring things up, doesn't he.
Sharon visits Brad's gravesite (?) and apologises.
Phyllis to Nick, "You slept with Sharon, didn't you". Nick looks at her, saying nothing.
