Yikes!! It's -17C in Labrador and snowing. Are we glad we don't live up there? Brrr.
Sharon thanks Jack for finding her a good lawyer, goes back to her rooms at GCAC and they're still messed up. She says she may well have stolen those items, doesn't know why, but she definitely did not write that on the mirror.
Noah storms out of the tack house when he figures out that his father has left Phyllis. She was calm and reassuring but kid was pissed off that first it was Jack and his mother and now her and his father.
Nick charges off when JT tells him about Sharon's arrest for grand theft and vandalism but now she's out on bail. (I think she spent the night in jail.)
Victor tries to baffle Colleen with business mumbo jumbo, she counters with a question about different architectural styles and he answers perfectly, lol. It was her effort to point out that although she is new to this, she will get it in time. He wants more harmony on his board.
Nikki shows Lily the Kay covers for RS - beautiful. Nikki says she'd hire Lily back anytime.
Nikki joins Kay and Murphy at GCAC dining room, will go to the office with Nikki if Murphy doesn't mind being alone. Not at all, he has a lot of things to take care of anyway.
After a reassuring hug, Jack leaves, Nick arrives at Sharon's.
Phyllis is at RS, Kay and Nikki arrive to applause. Nikki suspects something is wrong between her son and Phyllis.

Jill is bitter and nasty to Murphy as he tries to talk to her about resuming her relationship with Katherine.
Colleen holds her own pretty well with Victor. He claims he's willing to try to get along with her and she leaves with a ream of files from NE to study. V calls JT, summons him to the ranch asap.
Colleen meets with Uncle Jack with news that her meeting with Victor went exactly as he had said. Jack convinces Colleen that it would be too delicious for her to be the Fresh Face of Jabot AND be on NE board, how it would piss Victor off to no end. Big smiles.
Meanwhile, Victor orders JT to find something, anything, on Colleen to get her off his board. Does V need to remind him who he is working for? JT tells Victor about Sharon's stealing things all over town, her arrest, etc. and that Jack has already taken care of her bail.
Sharon admits to Nick about her stealing, doesn't remember but she knows she did this. When she tells him about the lipstick and clothes cut up, he asks her if she thinks Phyllis did it.
RS is selling out, needs another printing! But no sign of Nick at RS yet because he's busy with Sharon offering his help and telling her that he left Phyllis. Then he says she (Sharon) is not responsible for ruining his marriage. She asks him to leave and he does.

Phyllis tells Nikki that she believes her marriage is all over, doesn't know if she could ever go back to it now, but doesn't tell her why it's in such a state. Nikki suggests it's just a bumpy patch, as happens in all marriages. Kay joins them and the conversation turns to tactics with Nick, to back off, give him time to realise Nick misses her.
Murphy and Jill again as he gently tries to get her to get past all the DNA crap, but then she sees the cover of RS with headlines "Jill Abbott, Pretender to the Throne" and she goes ballistic, tells him he is now swimming with the sharks and there is blood in the water. She stuffs the magazine in the garbage bin and says "No way in hell". (Can't really blame her for that, huh?) "Nikki and Katherine are rubbing my nose in it with headlines!"
Kay and Nikki find Murphy at GCAC, as Kay worries about Jill's reaction to RS. Murphy fills her in on Jill's reaction, Kay is NOT giving up on Jill.
Jack meets Jill at CL with news of Katherine giving Abbots control of Jabot, nails her on getting those shares from Victor.
Colleen tells Lily about her new job as FF of Jabot, Lily offers her help with modelling, all friendly.
Noah and Nick together, discuss Sharon's arrest, put the sex and separation conversation aside, along comes Eden about the books Sharon stole (and that she got the blame) and Noah leaves with the girl.

Colleen meets JT, surprises him with the news that Victor is warming up to her on the board. (Looked like JT was having serious second thoughts about working for Victor.)
Jill confronts Victor, thanks him sarcastically for putting her in an untenable position with her family, that this was all part of his Machiavellian schemes. He says nope, all her own doing. (Poor Jill now. She's getting it from all sides.)
Noah confronts his mother about the books, her flip flop living arrangements, kid stomps out.
Nick arrives at RS, gives everyone there a break, faces Phyllis alone, asks her if she set up Sharon to get caught for shop lifting. She denies it. Good scene. He says he's not going back to Sharon, not going home to her either. Cold stares and tension.
Sharon calls her mother, she hates herself, her life is a mess, the stealing, it's too late now, she was arrested last night...
Lily stops Nikki, says she is very interested in the modelling job if it's still available. Yes!!
Noah goes to Jack about the mess in his life and along comes Victor. UGH. As Jack offers Noah staying with him until this settles down, Victor says "Ridiculous. He will stay at the ranch and be with family," Noah looks more confused than ever.
Jill is vile to Kay as she tries to make nice, says she is still her daughter, that she doesn't care about the DNA. Jill counters that she DOES (care about the DNA).
Next:
Lily to Karen, "My dad would NEVER do that." Karen says "He admitted it".
Rafe tells Billy, who is standing behind Chloe, that he can't promise that he will not win this, no one can.
A weepy Jill tells Cane that she asked Katherine if she was glad that she was not her daughter and she said that she was.
Yeah, it was a good one. I don't usually care one way or the other about JT but this is starting to get interesting because it seemed to me that JT is questioning his loyalty to NE and Victor over the order from his boss to get some goods on Colleen that will force her to resign as a member of the board. He was really tentative with Colleen when he met her at CL, asked her if she had ever considered selling her board seat.
I think the redemptive factor for Jill has begun because today she was besieged from all sides and I felt a tiny bit sorry for her. Victor, of course, was the harshest, but Jack was his old smiling self and when he figured out that she had been in cahoots with Victor, she looked SO sheepish. I think she is beginning to realise that her ego and hubris were at least partly responsible for the state she's in now.
