Kay and Mac at CL discuss Jill's anger over the DNA results. Jill arrives at Jabot to find all of her things packed up and in boxes.
At Trumbles Book Store, Lily runs into Karen. Karen astounds her with the Tyra and Neil business.
Billy daydreams about his last conversation with Mac, Chloe admonishes him for thinking about her, they could get screwed. Billy says no worries as Mac is gone and he is there where he belongs, with his family.
Cane meets with Michael to firm up his custody battle. Mike muses that here is Cane going after his own brother when he (Mike) would give anything to have his brother there with him. Flash to Kevin on his cot rocking back and forth.
Back to Lily and Karen talking about the adoption of Ana and Lily says that if she has learned anything from the Cane and Delia thing it's that children need to be with their mothers.
Rafe counsels Tyra and Neil that there is a good chance the courts will award him and Karen the adoption and what he is trying to do (get Ana awarded to Tyra) is illegal.

Mac confides in Kay that she has had old feelings flood back and it scares her, but some things are just not meant to be.
As Mike goes into CL top collect Kevin's mail, he runs into Mac, friendly warm greeting. She asks if she can go see Kevin, she might be able to help him as she did once before.
Blech, Neil and Tyra at CL and as he kisses her hand, in comes Lily. Tyra takes off, Neil goes to his daughter, tells her and Tyra are not having an affair, it was a one time thing only but it made him realise that adopting a child was the wrong thing for him and Karen to do.
Rafe visits Chloe and Billy, says definitely bring Delia to the hearing, it could help. Nothing is cast in stone, no promises they will win this thing.
Jill phones Cane, blames Kay for turfing her out of CI, Kay enters, Jill rants that she was fired, thanks to her. Kay denies it, argument ensues, ugly.
Mac and Michael at the hospital. She goes into Kevin's cell, he cowers, curls up in a ball.
More Jill and Kay going round and round "You don't love me, you have never loved me, just tell the truth". Kay yells back that she is GLAD, ecstatic that this is NOT her daughter.
Billy and Chloe are frightened that there is a possibility that Cane could win this thing. After Rafe leaves, Chloe freaks out, Billy calms her down, says he'll be damned if Delia is raised by his brother.
Kevin hears Mac's voice as a little cartoon character, hallucinates, calls out Mac's name. Chipmunk is back, Kevin screams and the guard lets Mac out. Mike is afraid the Kevin they knew might be gone forever, Mac vows to help.
Kay admits to Murphy that she lost her temper again with Jill and she doesn't know what else to do.
Esther tells Chloe that Mackenzie decided to stay in town. Meanwhile at Trumble's, Billy sees Mac. Big surprise!!
Karen joins Neil, got his urgent message to meet him. He tries talking to her about not adopting Ana but she cuts him off, carries on about her being a mother. (That didn't go well, lol!!)
Billy and Mac, why didn't she phone him? No point, you have a wife. Why did you decide to stay? (Gah, CF's hair is a mess! Couldn't they at least comb it?) She tries to brush him off.
Mike talks to Kevin about all the people who love him, etc. Poor Kevin sits there then pulls away when Mike tries to pat his shoulder.
Kay agonises about Jill cutting her off like she has, asks Murphy to let her sit there (in CL) alone for a while.
Flashback to an old Jill and Kay scene at CI, happy times. Jill shakes it off then packs up the last of her things and walks out.
Lily and Cane coo at one another, she loves him but still believes Cordelia belongs with her mom. Coos and blech. (Apparently DG wrote in his blog that Cane and Lily marry on May 15, already taped it.)
Chloe's upset about the Mac news, worries about Billy and her, so she phones him. As Billy's phone rings, he pesters Mac to tell him why she really stayed, then KISSES her. Big kiss.

Tyra to Lily that she and her father made a mistake. Lily snarks back "Like sleeping with my father or going behind Karen's back and hiring a lawyer?"
JT to Victor that he has asked him to dig up dirt on someone who has never done anything wrong in her life. Victor instructs him to dig deeper and he'll find something.
Billy catches Chloe telling Mac that her husband isn't interested. "What the hell are you doing Chloe?"
First thing....is it too late to get rid of Neil and Tyra and keep Karen. I like her better then the two of them anyways.
And YAH for Mac and Kevin. I hope she can help.
I read that the actress playing Karen was let go, so nope, too late. I absolutely can not stand the Tyra character. Yech!! She was particularly hideous today, lol.
Mac's voice was the only thing that got through to Kevin today but he heard it as if she were a chipmunk. Mike told her that she was Kevin's very first friend ever, so I took that to mean she will have a big part in helping him.
Kind of a ho hum epi today except for the Mac and Kevin part.
Big mistake if you ask me. There have to be a lot of viewers that feel the same way, keeping that model and turfing an accomplished actress. Dumb move.
I agree, big mistake for sure. Although if I am not mistaken she/Karen was let go once before but was brought back. So who knows...The writers are making Neil look like a complete bone head. Up until recently I have always loved Neil.
Yes he does, and I am so turned off by his dalliance with that Tyra thing. If he had been attracted to, and made a mistake with almost anyone else, I might not have turned on him this way, but Tyra stinks to high heavens, lol. Even when he was sniffing around Carmen Mesta I didn't dislike him this much.
So now I don't like (putting it delicately) Neil, Cane (major ugh there), and Nick. Dumb, dumber and dumbest, lol. Thank goodness Josh Morrow has that smile. I can't hate Nick too much, lol.
