Cane joins his mother at breakfast at GCAC, feels confident he'll get custody this afternoon.
Kay and Mac at CL. Kay figures out that Mac is still hung up on Billy. Billy and Chloe in bed, baby cries, he sighs unhappily as it's his turn to get up and tend to her.
As Neil and Karen prepare to leave for their adoption hearing, Devon takes Ana to CL, Neil hedges around Karen's plans for a celebration dinner. Neil is distracted, talks to Victor about how things have become complicated, somebody is going to get hurt.
(Gah, this nuMac is even worse today. They really need to find another actress!)
Twit Tyra speaks to Lily who snarks back (yesterday's preview), Ana sees Tyra and interrupts the Lily exchange.
Karen and Victoria in the break room, V notices that Karen is not as enthusiastic and upbeat as she might be considering the adoption.
Jill tells Cane that she has a plan to make Katherine regret her decision to push her aside.
Kay brings Mac up to speed on Billy and Chloe and the baby. Glum Mac.
Billy and Chloe, blah, blah about the hearing, running into Mac.
Victor tells JT to dig deep enough to get something on Colleen, pry her off the board, and NO, Victoria knows nothing about this investigation and it's JT's job, as head of security, to keep secrets. JT leaves and in comes Victoria, Victor gives her Neil's B of N job.
The Ana adoption hearing. Karen is mortified when she sees Tyra and a lawyer enter the courtroom as the other petitioner in the adoption case. Neil won't look at his wife. Rafe opens his argument, judge says she feels confident about putting Ana in their (Neil and Karen) care and custody.

Jill warns Mac that Billy is completely off limits to her. Good one! Mac says she's not the one with a history of going after married men.
Now the judge hears Tyra's case. Karen stands and objects, rants, Tyra yells, judge bangs gavel, ORDER. Judge wants to speak to Ana, Neil will call Devon to bring her there, recess until they arrive. Neil looks guilty as hell!
Billy (with baby in his arms) apologises to Lily as he runs into her at Trumbles, thanks her for their time together, made him a better person. He asks her a favour about Cane fighting for custody of Delia, please try again to get him to stop.
Chloe's at a church praying for Delia, don't punish her for the mistakes she (Chloe) has made.
Victoria and JT at CL as she complains to him about Colleen on the board and how she could possibly ruin her plans for the new line.
Jill goes to Victor, asks him for a job, he says NO.
Kay tells Cane to use the boxes, clear out his office, move upstairs from Jabot to CI. It's time for him to take his place in his father's company.
Judge and Ana talk about her life with the Winters, then with Tyra. Kids says as sweet as Miss Karen is, Tyra is her mom. Tyra and Ana hug. Judge asks Ana to step outside, short recess while she (judge) makes her decision.

Cane is to take over as CEO of Chancellor! He's not sure this is the right place for him considering what happened to his mother, then quits Jabot and refuses the CI post.
Jill tries to blackmail Victor with the info about how she got those Jabot shares that enabled her to fire Ashley and Jack, how disappointed Ashley would be. Victor tells her to take up needlepoint. She leaves.
Chloe and Mac at CL. Along comes Billy and overhears Chloe tell Mac Billy isn't interested in her (Mac). "What the hell are you doing, Chloe?"
Karen and Neil argue quietly about Tyra's petition and in comes judge. Neil and Karen are granted the right to adopt Ana, Tyra sobs. Ack. Neil stands, says he has something to say.
Next:
Ashley to Jack, "Something is wrong. I need to see my doctor".
Huge screaming match between Karen and Neil as she says something about him using her to get over his dead wife and he screams back "Don't you say that".
Adam senses someone is in the living room at the ranch, calls out "Neil?" Jack, "Not quite, junior". Adam, "Jack!!".
No, I haven't read anything. But then aside from whatever is in the mags I don't read many Y&R spoilers. Besides the day aheads which I suppose count as spoilers for me. The show really is better when you aren't totally sure what is to happen
