Our youngest just left to go back out west. He didn't use the plane ticket we gave him but instead is driving back with a buddy of his who is also planning to make a life for himself out there. Their destination for tonight is Sault Ste. Marie, then Thunder Bay tomorrow night, off to Brandon, Manitoba, Regina, Sask., and from there, due south. It's a 6 day drive.

Moore, you'll relate to the bitter-sweetness of this, non? One would think it gets easier with all the moving ins and outs 2 of our kids have been doing, but it honestly does not. Mike is in West Virginia again and Tony is in Irvine, California, working at Sisco for the week. It's a terrible feeling having them all gone away but I console myself (sort of) that they are all on this continent for a change.

So what's up guys? Here we are mid-week again. And other than forgetting that yesterday was Jess's birthday (Happy BD again, Jess) we also forgot to congratulate ourselves on the third birthday of this board a a few days ago!!
