Nick and Sharon all lovey-dovey in the morning get ready to meet with the real estate agent to go house hunting.
Daniel, Amber, Jana and Kevin are all about to meet Michael at Jimmy regarding the mess with art thing. Daniel's off first to bring his mother up to speed. Shortly after Daniel leaves, Aucker and a band of nasty cops come in (to Daniel and Amber's place) with a search warrant.
Kay and Nina wonder aloud why there is no trace of the 2007 exhumation. Nina wonders if Jill is hiding something.
Cane calls (Langley?) with an urgent request to talk to him. Lily notices he's tense and that there is something bothering him.
Daniel fills in his mother on the forgery, the fake agent but keeps the worst of it to himself as Phyllis didn't want any more bad news.
MJ and Jack have breakfast at GCAC after a night of going at it. As Jack takes a call from Phyllis (which pisses off MJ) she stops Sharon to apologise for her outburst then congratulates her on reunion with Nick. She makes a point of asking if she and Jack are finished.
On the phone, Nina learns that the doctor who performed the last exhumation had been charged with falsifying forensic records on another case, then he disappeared. Nina thinks someone made chaos at the lab to distract people from what was really going on. "Who is really buried in Phillip's grave?"
Kevin and Amber watch the cops tear the place apart. Daniel and Jana meet Michael and explain what happened the night of the art sting, and the man in the ski mask is who Aucker needs to go after. Mike says they'll look for him themselves.
Nick comes to RS for Summer who has a sever peanut allergy we learn today. Nick tells Phyllis about looking for a house with Sharon.
Cane tells Lily about his deprived childhood, how his uncle didn't really care for kids but he had a best friend, Freddy, and he loved hanging out at his home. That's why he wants lots of kids, to make a real home.
Jill gets snarky again with Nina and Kay. *sigh* Nina makes the case for another exhumation. Lots of yelling from Jill. "It's not up to you, Jill", says Nina.
Amber and Kevin remember how he once hid Katherine's bag of money at the coffee shop. They spy the planted briefcase loaded with the money in the CL office. Uh oh.
MJ spies on a friendly hug between Sharon and Jack. Sharon tells Jack MJ wants an exclusive relationship with him. Jack says too bad, he's not ready for anything like that. MJ hears it.
Phyllis objects to Nick taking Summer house hunting with his new girlfriend so soon after leaving her because kids need stability and this would confuse her. (Nick doesn't get it, lol.)
Michael tells Daniel and Jana that they are still suspects but can't be arrested unless they can be tied to the money. In the meantime they have to live the lives of saints. Back at CL, Amber and Kevin freak over the money, hide it clumsily, and the Feds arrive with a search warrant.
More squabbling amongst Jill, Nina and Kay over digging up the coffin. Jill is the one with all the loud objections. (There sure has been a lot of unearthing of dead people in soapland, eh?)
Sharon warns Jack that he needs to have a talk with MJ because she is seriously infatuated with him. Jack tells her not to worry, she isn't the bunny boiling type, lol. Sharon says for him to open his eyes!!
George, the photographer at RS wants to take test shots of Summer, possibly put her on the cover.
And MORE squabbling back at the Chancellor's, Jill FINALLY concedes with restriction: no comparing DNA to either herself or to Cane. Kay agrees with Jill and Nina does as well, but reluctantly.
Feds rifle through CL, enter Daniel, Michael and Jana. Aucker greets them with the briefcase full of money. "Mr. Romalottii, look what I just found." Daniel has no idea but Daniel and Jana are arrested there and then. Mike calls Phyllis to tell her, Phyllis rushes off, Nick insists on driving her, MJ can stay with Summer.
Creepy little scene as MJ tells Summer that she's going to make sure her daddy is back with her mommy and soon everyone will be happy again, even Auntie Mary Jane.
Nina arranges for the exhumation, only testing for Huntingrton's. Jill calls Cane, tells him about it, promises no tests other than Huntington's will be done. Cane's now a wreck, calls "Langley" again, it's urgent.
Nina waits until she is alone in the room, then calls the lab back and orders additional DNA tests.
