I never quite bought the infertility thing anyway, and that frustrated me even more that she and Mike weren't fulfilling their "divine" obligation.

LOL. On Y&R they have a 50 year old woman with no uterus pregnant, or at least she was until her evil blind stepson pushed her down the stairs then cleaned up the mess by burning it. An equally evil corrupt doctor told her she and the baby were fine so now she has an hysterical pregnancy. Lovely story, lol.
So YAY for Marcie and Michael. For the very first time in AGES I had goose bumps after that scene.
