Amber visits Jana at the courthouse as Michael is there for Jana's bail hearing. Daniel should be there too but instead he's trying to talk Kevin into some skulduggery to clear his and Jana's names.
PUKE. Tyra and Neil. (If there is any plot advancements with those two, shall report.) Devon and Roxanne walk into the living room, obviously right out of bed, Devon drools at Tyra.
Jill and Kay yell at each other. Billy finds Mac paddling her hand in the pool, says he's giving up, no more pushing for them to get back together. Mac is clearly disappointed.
Amber tells Mike she thinks this frame up of Daniel is all related to her somehow.
Jill's incessant haranguing and yelling at Kay sends Kay into a fainting swoon and Neil comes in just in time to save the day as Jill insisted she was faking it. Ugh.
Billy tells Mac he's not good enough for her, will never change, and she agrees that they're both looking for something that isn't there any more. Murphy comes out calling for Mac to help because something is wrong with Katherine. After a brief examination, Mac says they need to take Kay to the hospital and off they go.
Mike advises Amber to go to Daniel and tell him all about her shady past in LA that could be responsible for the framing. Kevin arrives, tells Amber it's better to come clean with Daniel too. She's afraid he'll leave her because of it.
Devon chews out Tyra, she snarks back. Uck. And more. Devon says Neil's not in love with her the way he ever loved Dru. She gets upset and CRIES, calls someone, really, really needs to talk to them. Devon storms out.
Olivia tells Billy she's just glad he got Kay into the hospital as quickly as he did. She had a TIA so she ought to stay overnight as a precaution.
Billy goes to the hospital chapel to pray for Katherine (he's uncomfortable, but clears his throat and asks for help).
The judge grants Jana bail at $100,000 and points out that the ADA should never have brought up Jana's previous charges. Daniel arrives at the last minute for his hearing. Heather gloats to Michael that the judge didn't change the original bail ruling for Daniel.
Amber tried twice to tell Daniel about her theories but kept getting interrupted and now wants to check something out for herself first. (She and Kevin whisper to each other several times while at the courthouse.)
Mac quietly walks in on Billy's prayers and tears, his self-recriminations, and how losing Mac changed him and that's when he put up that wall and he's never let anyone else in. And there he was tonight walking away from Mac for the second time because it was the right thing to do, so please let Mac lead a good life.
Roxanne wonders aloud to Devon why he is so conflicted about Tyra. He agrees it doesn't make much sense. (Why do these characters have so little self-awareness? Sheesh!)
Tyra makes her pitch to Neil (that's who she called, had to speak to urgently) about moving in with him permanently. When he says nope, he's not ready, look what he did to Karen by jumping into a relationship too quickly, he needs to take things slowly, she blubbers and sobs. Ugh.
Daniel and Amber, back at CL, as she skips the chance to tell him about her LA shenanigans.
Kevin creates a power outage for a few seconds at the courthouse and steals something little from the evidence box and sticks it in his pocket. The clerk didn't see who it was but sensed someone had come into the room. Kevin walks away.
Jill cracks open Kay's hospital room door and hears Kay telling Murphy that Jill caused this stroke and she is absolutely thrilled she and that witch are not related. Jill leaves before hearing Kay say that she would indeed take her back as her daughter if she could.
Billy and Mac, as she softens towards him because of what she overheard him pray. She loves him, she always has and she wants to be with him. He loves her too. Hug and Kiss.

Nick to Jack that he's scared. Summer could have brain damage and they might lose her. He's in tears.
Lily arrives at CL to meet Jill and Cane. Nina got a call from the lab and she went with her. They gave her a copy of the results to give to him.
Heather and Gill confront Phyllis who is in Summer's hospital room with Nick, Victor and Nikki. "Is it possible that you fed your daughter peanuts to get your husband's attention?" Phyllis says that's beyond insane. Both Nikki and Victor gape, Nikki mutters OMG.
Ugh, so tomorrow I can watch. Thursday I can't. I will let my mom know that tomorrow is not so gloomy.
And I am seriously looking forward to this Amber story. SOD says that Deacon is going to be in Genoa. He was a boyfriend/husband from when the character was on B&B. And he is very nice to look at.
