Amber buttonholes Jana at CL and tells her about rifling through the bad guys' place and what they found. She's worried that Daniel will find out about her bad past and the book of matches she found were from her raunchy days in LA. She flashes back to Deacon urging her to let her bad side out.
Meanwhile, Victoria is meeting with Deacon. He says they have something in common, the forged "Cirronni" (sp??).
Nick, Nikki, Paul and Phyllis at the Tack House yap, nothing really. Phyllis is frustrated by not being allowed in Summer's room. They all wonder who on earth made that complaint to the DA. Paul wonders why MJ is so devoted to Summer, tells them about her restraining order. Phyllis thinks they need to find out more about MJ.
At Summer's bedside, Victor notices his wallet is missing.
Heather visits Adam and she is piqued by him ignoring a phone call from Rafe Tores but he distracts her with kisses. MJ spies on them from a window.

Amber fills in Jana about her shady past with Deacon and that Daniel must never know.
(That actor playing Deacon used to be on GH, non? Tres cute!!)
Adam sees MJ lurking and follows her out to the barn, asks who she is. They hit it off almost right away, agreeing about what a bully Victor is. When she mentions winning Jack's heart and how Victor promised to help her in that respect, he immediately dives in, says they should help each other.
Paul tells Victor that they suspect Mary Jane Benson as the culprit who made that complaint against Phyllis. Victor want to handle MJ, leave her to him.
Nick, Phyllis and Nikki go into MJ's room being cleaned out by a maid. Nick pleases the maid big time with a huge tip and she lets then snoop around. Phyllis finds a photo of Summer under the bed. Gasps all around, Nick says they need to get this to Heather immediately.
Nick, Paul and Phyllis realise that by Heather's hedging, it WAS MJ that made the complaint, show her the picture, ask her if she can still believe her.
Lots of filler stiff about the forged picture. Deacon cons Victoria very nicely until she is practically eating out of his hands. She asks him for a few days before making an offer on his painting. Daniel turns up at their meeting to talk to her about the forged art, V says it's fine to speak in front of Deacon since he knows so much about it too. Daniel looks extremely uncomfortable.
Phyllis, Nick. Victor and Nikki are sure MJ put the blame on Phyllis to take the suspicions away from herself. Heather is beginning to believe it too.
Adam now has MJ inside the ranch house, promises to help her. She's still clutching the pet carrier, lol. (I think she has stuffed kitty in there.)
Summer wakes up!! Heather lets Nick and Phyllis in to see her.
And yes, Sean Kanan (Deacon) was AJ Quartermaine on GH. He was hot then too. I hope they put him with Amber and not use him to break up Victoria and JT.
Amber turns up at GCAC and sees Deacon with Daniel and Victoria. Daniel drags her over but she is mortified.
Doctor says Summer will be okay but has scheduled some tests to see if there was any brain damage. Looks good, though.
Paul tells Nikki that Heather has suspended the investigation so Phyllis is in the clear. He's pretty sure MJ is responsible and would like to do some further investigation in Europe but Victor doesn't want him to look into her case. Nick says go ahead, what his father doesn't know won't hurt him.
Adam installs MJ in the potting shed where she'll be safe for now. She is grateful for the help, she could really use a friend right now. Adam is pleased with himself.

P3 yells at Kay and Jill that he didn't leave because he wanted to leave, he was forced to.
Billy has a fit when he sees Cane and Mac hugging at Jimmy's Bar.
Dr. Taylor is with Ashley at the ranch giving her a sonogram. She asks why here is nothing on the screen, is there something wrong with the baby?

He wasn't trying to con her romantically. He was gaining her confidence that he was a really good guy who knew a lot about art. She fell for the whole thing. What we do know is that he plans on killing Daniel so he can get Amber back. (That seems so ridiculous, but oh well.)
I kind of like the idea of him with Amber. She is suppose to be older then they portray her on this show. Daniel seems so young still. Besides, Deacon is hot.
