Tad is by JRs side as he undergoes his first chemotherapy treatment on Wednesday, September 2. JR struggles to keep the truth from Marissa. Krystal is caught off guard by JRs request on Friday, September 4. Ryan and Erica remember the kiss they shared before her trip to Africa.
The Inside Story: World War Hayward Liza spills the truth about Trevor when David makes it clear that hell kill her otherwise. Jake and Amanda get proof that Amanda really did see Trevor. Angie gets through to Randi on Monday, August 31. David, Jake and Amanda converge at the police station after seeing a televised report about a missing baby being found. Amanda tells Jesse and Angie the truth on Tuesday, September 1. David taunts Jake and Tad. Jesse puts Jake in a jail cell to cool down. Trevor is placed in foster care. David is confident hell get custody of his son but lets Liza know that everybody who helped keep his son from him will pay the price. Amanda turns to Krystal on Wednesday, September 2. Lizas suggestion that she stay put at Davids and act as a double agent of sorts puts Marissa in a conundrum. David tells Amanda hell drop all charges against Jake if she moves in with him and helps him raise their son. Liza and Tad learn that Jake and Amanda have virtually no chance of being allowed to keep Trevor after meeting with the D.A. David, meanwhile, has a contract drawn up stating he wont press charges against everybody involved in keeping his son from him if full custody of Trevor is relinquished to him. Amanda finds Jake holding David at gunpoint. David is delighted when Amanda agrees to all of his terms on Friday, September 4.
A Closer Look: House of Cards On Monday, August 31, Erica, really wanting to keep Liza at bay, announces to Zach that shes moving in with him to help with the boys. Kendall is stunned when Zach agrees to the arrangement. Sure that Zach is on Annies side, Ryan announces that Spike is going home with him on Tuesday, September 1. Kendall lets Zach know that she is going to out herself to Erica and Ryan if he allows Ryan to take Spike. Erica suspects Zach is up to something. Kendall remembers that she didnt shoot Stuart on Wednesday, September 2. Zach makes progress with Annie when he suggests they team up against Ryan. Kendall confronts Zach after overhearing Ericas suspicions.
