Many years ago a small group of students released a few rabbits from the research facility at U of Victoria on Vancouver Island. Today there are hundreds of the little critters that still live on campus and befriend students and visitors. When Ted and I were there several years ago, the sight of them warmed my heart.
Here they are again in a photograph from the Globe and Mail. I thought it might warm up your day too.
Thanks Kae, that is awesome. Not sure what I would think about going to a school covered with rabbits...but it is a whole lot better then a school covered in other creatures.
We have bunnies out here by our mall. They run all over the grassy areas in the parking lot, by the buildings, yep, good stuff. Now if I can only arm them and teach them to destroy zombies the mall can be a truly good place. LOL.

I was especially tickled by all the bunnies because at U of Toronto, the campus is full of squirrels and those darn things can bite. Ted was once bitten really hard trying to feed one a peanut, lol. The bunnies don't do anything like that. Sweet little furry friends. :)
Nick's ex g-f went to U Vic last year and when we told her about all the rabbits she didn't believe us. Of course, she does now.
Oh, and speaking of Nick, he and the French girl he has been wooing with ardour out west are going to live together. She has to go back to Quebec for a month to finish off her degree in hotel management then will join him again in mid October. It looks like real love this time. He's been brushing up his French, lol.
