Later, Adams future wife picks up on the fact that Zach is up to something and shuts down on him before revealing anything of significance. Scott and Annie erupt into a passionate kiss when he reaches out to comfort her. Zach assures Kendall hes making progress with Annie. Kendall questions how she and Zach can go on living like this after he pulls back from her kiss on Wednesday, September 9. Ryan confronts Annie when Emma goes missing. Emma shows up at Zachs door. Liza tries to convince a reluctant Zach that using Emma is the best recourse they have. Annie contemplates Zachs offer to arrange a visit with Emma on Thursday, September 10. Liza confides to Tad that she wants to be with Zach. Zach cant give Kendall the assurances she seeks but insists that he has no romantic interest in Liza.

David gives Amanda an ultimatum after seeing Jakes wedding ring on her hand - she can either have Jake or her son! Amanda makes her choice on Friday, September 11. David taunts Jake when he returns Amandas wedding ring to him. Amanda makes it clear to Jake that hes the only man for her. The pair scurries to cover when David arrives unexpectedly.
