Canadians always talk about the weather and here's why...

These pics are from June, northern British Columbia. Nick's girl friend plants trees each summer way up there. It's a great way for a student to make several thousands in about 6 weeks.

This is why I am moving to Virgina. I love it there, you have snow but not really enough to get sick of.

LOL. Glad you enjoyed seeing the suffering of the rest of us, LOL!

It's not at all unusual for snow to fly well into June in some parts, but certainly not here! We're the same parallel as Boston, Mass., strange as it might seem. In fact Buffalo, N.Y. gets more snow than we ever do.

Ted is counting the number of minutes of daylight now and propounding upon how many minutes fewer we have now than when we were in the late spring months. He's definitely becoming Canadian in spirit, and about time after all these years here!

I remind him to make the snow shovels accessible when he puts the garden chairs away. He groans.

Oh yuck, I really pray that we move south before the first big snow up here. Although at least Vinnie will be here this time for it. Oh and I won't be pregnant either.

I have lived in northeast Ohio, near Cleveland most of my life. I never saw snow in June. I still go south to Houston for the cooler months.
