I am very ticked that they killed off Colleen just to get rid of Victor. I would have rather kept Colleen. Even the less the great actress Colleen.

Not that I claim to know anything about Y/R but him being gone from the show would be the equivalent of Susan Lucci off AMC right? So let's review-

GL- Cancelled.
DAYS- No Marlena and John.
AMC- Moving coasts and losing stars
Y/R- Top stars canned.
GH- Swapping quality actors for their older and unfitting counterparts
OLTL- Focusing on repeated love triangles that none of the fans care about

I suppose Y&R could survive without Victor and Nikki, but it will be so different. Victor was the one guy we all loved to hate. He was the core of the whole soap.
