Annie lets out some steam on the dance floor (and Scott) on Monday, September 28. Erica and Ryan have their first fight, and proceed to make-up big time on Tuesday, September 29 - until Tad interrupts! Angie takes notice of the sparks between Natalia and Brot, who are declared the winners of the dance marathon. Brots decision to join the police academy irks Natalia. JR decides to take control of his own fate on Wednesday, September 30, and has Marissa shave his head. Marissa vehemently defends JR to Adam. Tad and Krystal try to get through to both Jake and Amanda, who just cant get past their differences on Thursday, October 1. Krystal propositions both David and Tad. On Friday, October 2, a hospitalized Madison tells Angie shell give her the incriminating evidence she has against Randi if she gives her enough pills to kill herself. Stuarts biological mother contacts Liza.
The Inside Story: Peek-a-Boo Liza is certain Zach and Aidan are hiding something after finding them with their heads together on Tuesday, September 29. Zach panics when Liza tells him that shes arranged for the D.A. to pay Kendall a visit in prison to deal with a legal matter. On Wednesday, September 30, Lizas shock turns to anger after Kendall makes her presence known. Kendall isnt too thrilled either as she confronts Liza on the topic of her husband. Liza claims to be over Zach, and heads off to the prison leaving the Slaters unsure of her next move. Liza steals a few moments alone with the Kendall double just before Willis arrives. Kendall bares her soul to Zach. Kendall gives Liza her genuine thanks after Liza explains that she was able to divert Willis. Zach and Kendall end up closer than theyve been in a long time on Thursday, October 1.
A Closer Look: Mind Games Annie insists that Ryan twisted her words when Adam tells her about Ryans claim that she told him Emma shot Stuart. The future Mrs. Chandler jumps to the wrong conclusion when the cops arrive on the scene on Monday, September 28. Scott tells Ryan that he wont work with him to prove Annie shot Stuart. On Wednesday, September 30, Ryan stuns everyone when he arrives at Annies hearing and tells the judge that he doesnt believe his ex-wife should serve time. The judge, already in Adams pocket, determines that Annie will be a free woman after participating in six months of out-patient treatment. Ryan informs Annie that her nightmare is just beginning. Back at the empty mansion, Aidan finds the DVD of Annie kissing both JR and Scott while doing some snooping. Scott wants Annie gone. Annie warns Scott not to make trouble for her on Thursday, October 1.
