Thanks so very much!! It was just another day, unremarkable, and unnoticed, even by my parents!! They both forgot, lol. THAT was depressing, as you can imagine. One son had a guilt attack the next day and brought me flowers and a card, but when one's bd goes by without so much as a mention, it IS a bit of a piss-off. Ah well. Husband was still licking his wounds from my wrath when he screwed up our anniversary last week, so he conveniently had to work throughout the entire day and evening. I ate dinner over the kitchen sink, alone. Peh.
Yesterday was the baby's Christening, I was SO exhausted afterwards that I skipped the family xmas party my father's family always has and went out for a latte instead (with 2 sugars in it). HA. At home I watched an Eloise At Christmas movie with Julie Andrews as an antidote to all the CRAP this time of year brings.
Kae, you know when people forget your birthday, you don't have to add a number to your age. That's what keeps me younger. Mine is in the middle of summer. I hear how busy everyone is because its summer. Maybe I should change the date? Anyway, you can count on your board friends!
