Some areas got more than others. The news people were all over this story. It rarely snows here and NEVER before this early. Parents and their children were making tiny snowmen. It all melted before the day was over.

Yeah, I don't recall getting much winter weather when I lived down on the Ark/TX border. And we never got snow when I lived in Houston many years ago. Very cool for you! I unfortuately have become all to accustomed to the snow up here. And it's getting colder earlier here. My car is having some real difficulties starting in the mornings, LOL.
My son, who lives in Cleveland, Ohio, told me that their local television reporters said that Dallas and Houston have gotten more snow so far this year than Cleveland did. They'll get theirs!!
