I saw this one this morning when a friend sent it to us. VERY funny!!
Last night's Super Bowl was broadcast on a Canadian TV station so we weren't subjected to the endless commercials from the USA. Instead we had innumerable ads telling us how exciting it will be to host the Olympics. *groan*
Thank goodness Hercule Poirot was on CBC so I had something to watch while Ted was cheering and wringing his hands downstairs. And I understand that Carrie Underwood slaughtered the national anthem at the football game opening, according to our newspapers this morning. *snort*
Moore, do you have electricity? Kind of a big surprise snowfall, non?
KaeEll, we have electricity, although it flickered a few times! And we DID get to watch the Super Bowl, and OUR TEAM WON!! I'll post more about the snow in the new thread.
