Today I can get caught on some things at home. Yesterday was crazy busy for me. Stopped at UPS and the Post Office to send a First Communion gift for our granddaughter. Post Office is the better way to go. Then I went to my 3rd in a series of 4 environmental class which is 2 hours each. Next I went to teach a few classes of swimming. After getting showered and dressed, I went straight to a square dance party where I met my husband. I was exhausted when I got home and slept very well last night.
Oh, Sundancer, I envy YOUR busy days, lol. And to sleep well afterwards, what a treat.
Tuesday came and went amid some upheaval, but nothing too earth-shattering. Christine and I went exploring early in the day and found a wonderful park in nearby Mississauga for the doggies to run around in. I never take my Chloe to dog parks. I just leave her at home with HGTV on the TV for her company and she sleeps away the time. But Christine's Buddy was in puppy heaven and met several other little friends. It was a glorious start to the day.
Today is a series of appointments for me, then off to my parents' place for the usual cleaning out of the fridge, a little task they never trust their helpers to do. And neither do I, as both got violently sick the other day by eating something that ought to have been chucked a couple of days earlier. Old people and little kids - I think kids are easier. A lot easier.
I caught a few minutes of Y&R yesterday, Shelly. It looks like they have wrapped up that stupid kidnapping/double identity thing with the Lauren look-alike, but the Patty thing seems to be in the works still. Grrr.
Last night we sort of watched AI but I left the room when Casey murdered a Sinatra song. If that little kid Aaron wins it all, it will be forever the last time we ever tune that show in again. My patience with it has reached a limit. Then I was disappointed with Glee, sniff, sniff. And by the time The Good Wife came on and the kid hit the monitoring device with his skateboard, I snapped the whole thing off and went to bed.
