Health Care in Canada not all roses and maple leaves?

Didn't rate too well this last time out. See that was supposed to be the reason you're supposed to go. So Kae, what else ya got in Canada since health care isn't a reason to move anymore?

LOL, Brandon! Calgary is in Alberta, a particularly conservative area. Each province has it's own rules and regs for health care, but overall, it is a federal mandate. It really depends upon how one wishes to view the report, and I must admit to not having read the article in the Calgary Sun, not yet, anyway. (The Sun newspaper franchises are, ahem, tabloids.)

We've lived on both sides of the border, and I have lots of relatives in the USA. We've owned properties in both countries, my husband is a US citizen as are all our kids (with dual citizenship). All of us have travelled all over the place. We have all unequivocally chosen to call Canada our home. Although both countries share a common language, they are as different as chalk and cheese. And that's about as far as I'll go in that discussion, lol.

I will say, however, that not much in this world is perfect. What one country excels in with pride, the other does not, and vice versa. It's a personal choice, non?
