A day or two ago, Jim and I were speculating about what the motive might have been for Joran to have suddenly up and killed that poor young woman. I mean, if we were to follow the time line given, they'd gone together to Joran's room at 5:00-ish in the morning, apparently spent some time in there together, and then he went out for coffee (TWO cups) three hours later. What, then, would have precipitated such sudden and enormous violence?
Jim speculated that perhaps Stephany had opened Joran's laptop, and had found out who he is. I thought at the time that this was as good a theory as any, since we'd seen interviews with poor Stephany's brother and sister-in-law who'd been stunned to discover who Stephany had been with that night. Jim thought that Stephany might have stumbled onto the same information.
Since then, though, I began to think that this was too complicated a scenario, and decided that it was more likely that Stephany had realized he's robbed her of her casino winnings, and they fought. That seemed plausible to me... Until this morning when GMA announced that Joran had confessed, and that it was because Stephany had intruded into his private life by pulling out his computer, and doing a search on him while he was out getting coffee!!
I interrupted Jim in the shower to let him know... LOL!!

They'll probably be willing to do it for cheap down there in Peru, but I hope nothing happens to this idiot before he clears things up for the Holloways.
Can you imagine how heartless a person would have to be to extort money from a grieving family? And also, why would he go berserk over the fact that Stephany found out who he is? It's not as though he's been hiding from the world, all this time! On the contrary; the entire world has been forced to watch Joran van der Sloot behave like a ass****, over and over, and in several countries. Why should he care if yet one more person knows who he is?
People have been suggesting all over the internet that he should be used to plug the hole that BP made. I like it! Use one hole to plug another...

Did you know that "van der Sloot" essentially means "from the ditch"?? I think that sounds very close to "from the gutter". And if we take the analogy one more step, especially when considering this guy's ongoing behavior, it's not completely inappropriate to call him "van der Slut"...

When I worked at Pfizer and discovered that they did in fact have animal testing I use to think that they should use people like this jack *** for testing instead. I still think that...I like the BP idea.
