Jim and I were just commenting the other day about how much we like bananas! They're a fruit with a very individual flavor.
I normally use ripe bananas either in bread or shakes, or sometimes in pancakes. In the summer, it's also fun to cut them in chunks and freeze them. They make a nice little cold treat, on a hot day. I must say, though, that I do this before they're too ripe.
That's about the limit of my creativity with ripe bananas -- at least that I can think of at the moment!
PS -- I think there's a problem with the banana url because I got a message that the link wasn't valid. Maybe a typo?

I have some in my freezer. They are awesome for milkshakes because you don't need ice. I have those carnation breakfast chocolate packets I mix in and its a healthy breakfast drink for Jolene. She won't eat bananas regularly so the shake is perfect.
