We were at MGM at Disney and just left the Mermaid show. Ed had Gabriella in his arms and Zach and Ryan were standing next to him. I ran to get the stroller, cuz those Disney employees always move the strollers away from the entrance. I had to go around this wall kind of thing, so I said watch the kids. I came back carrying the stroller and he took one look at me and said "where's Gabi" (she was still in his arms) I said "You've got her!" as I looked at him kind of weird. And he said "No I don't!!!" And he was totally panicked and looking around.
At this point, I didn't know what to say to him. I thought maybe he meant where is Zach, and pointed to Zach. Not sure when it happened but he finally realized that he did have Gabi all along!!!!
I have never laughed so hard in my life!
I told him when full alzheimers sets in, I'm opening the door and letting him wander off!!
