Ok so last I mentioned we were looking at a house and I posted the pic for it, well in the meantime I have found one that might be even better. We went and looked at it today. It's 3 doors down and cute as could be. It doesn't have a hot tub or anything, but that doesn't matter, it also doesn't have the unnecessary 4 car garage so that'll be much better tax wise. It is 2 stories has a garage with a car port, a fenced in back yard, and it comes wtih all of the appliances plus a few furnishings. Now even though we could probably get a loan for it, the man is offering it contract for deed which means we won't be paying for nothing but at the same time we could move out if the family grew any more. Now here's the real sweet part of the whole thing.
First off when you walk in the front room is gorgeous and has a fireplace with, the next room could be either a dining room, play room, or an extra den type thing, but I would most likely use it as computer/kiddie room because it is painted red and white with lady bugs, and it's soooo cute. Right off of that room is the kitchen which is decorated adorably and has a bathroom right off the kitchen. The fridge, oven/stove, and washer/dryer are all included. There's also a laundry room. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and they are huge!!!! The girls room is adorable because it's painted a pale yellow with little butterflies on the walls and has a walk in type of closet with extra storage in it for toys and what not. The middle bedroom would be the master bedroom, and it also has a walk in closet and is wired for direcTV already which is what we have, then the 3rd bedroom is painted with tractors for a boy, and has 2 closets one is a walk in with different levels for pants shirts etc and shoe racks the other is more for storage where we'd probably put toys. THE BATHROOM HAS AN ACTUAL SIT DOWN TUB, ok that sold me right away lol. I am sick of having to take showers all the time. Oh and it's decorated with little ducks and stuff.
The man who is selling it is really nice and down to earth and it would be so good to buy a house without help, plus I think we might just take our income taxes and offer them as either a down payment type thing for the contract for deed, or pay the rent/monthly payments up a few months in advance. So keep your fingers crossed for us, because of all the places we've looked at this is the one I want most, even more than the one with a hot tub lol.

am i understanding this correctly? the current owner is essentially holding the mortgage for you so you don't have to go through the bank? how fabulous is that!

Have I ever told you guys that I hate waiting lol. If we do get the house, the baby will pretty much be going between my room and Bethany's. Actually both probably will lol. Bethany still has nightmares every now and then and has a very funny way of sneaking into our bed when we are fast asleep and falling asleep at our feet just like a little puppy. So we'll have the big crib and bethn's bed in her room for now, and a little bassinet in our room. Once Aiden gets to the point that he sleeps through the night, I think we'll put him in with Cody though. That way he won't be in a girly room lol.
