a book recommendation for Tess

Hey Tess I've been reading alot of Medium books lately and just picked up James Van Praagh, Reaching to Heaven, I think its pretty good so far.

Have someone hit the library for you and grab a bunch of books
I also picked up one by Ellen Degeneres and George Carlin, I like sarcastic humour, but haven't read them yet

Thanks! I have not been able to read anything. My mind is fuzzy, although that seems to be subsiding somewhat. Today has been my best day yet, although I may have overdone it a tiny bit. I dusted the house, and washed my china and crystal. My rugs are driving me nuts, but I'm banned from using the vacume cleaner. I did try it, and it's amazing how much pain an abdominal incission with 100+ internal stitches can be felt trying to use a vacume!

TAKE it easy! I can only speak from the experience that my mom had a hysterectomy (when she was 25) and was out of commission for weeks. So go slow. And expect mood swings, if you're anything like my mom.

tess, please be careful. overdoing for just a couple of hours can set you back for days if not a full week.

stop cleaning. rest, read, watch tv or even have a friend over for a little while.

i know once you start to feel a bit better the temptation to do more is very strong. trust me on this b/c i'm speaking from hard earned experience!!!

It's hard to do nothing sometimes! Do you know how to crochet? I'm getting a little bored here too, several days of cold, now lots of snow! But too cold to play in the snow ;(

Good ideas. I believe that I'll pull out my knitting needles and start on a scarf. Thanks guys!
