There's a gossip columnist up here that believes for certain that Keith Urban's marriage to Nicole Kidman is nothing more than a business arrangement. I don't know the guy's music, and Kidman reminds me of a corpse, so I don't pay any attention to either of them. I hope all involved in this frivilous lawsuit get what they want out of it. The lawyers, that is.
I actually love Nicole Kidman, i think she is awesome and have watched the Stepford Wives almost everytime its been on the FX channel lately. I can do without Keith Urban, but he has some good songs
I used to like Kidman, and I liked her acting, too. But she's had way too much cosmetic procedures and she looks like a mannikin now, IMO. She might still be a good actress, but with all that botox, how can she make subtle facial expressions, lol?
BTW, I'm taking a break from OLTL today. It's on in the background, but I need a rest from the stories I'm not enjoying, like the arson crap, and Rex and Adriana.
Sweeps????? LOL!! I keep waiting for sweeps to really put some life back into the show, and I keep getting disappointed. Remember the prison riot, the crappy wedding in November, John's miraculous return with a different perspective (lasted all of about 3 minutes), oh yeah, and Todd strapped to first a cabin bed, then a lethal injection table? All sweeps stories weren't they?
I don't watch GH, but if someone uses Y&R as a standard, then OL looks pretty awful in comparison, especially during sweeps. Sometimes I'll go to another Y&R board, and when I read posters there bitching about the soap, it makes me want to strap them to a comfortable chair and force them to watch about 30 hours of recent OLTL all at once, lol. That would make them think twice about complaining, LOL. I never post there - way too snarky and negative for my tastes. But they do have good spoilers often enough.
