LOL, we start out with Starr telling a story about a very stubborn king (Todd) who threw his wife (Blair) in a dungeon and brought in a new bride (Van). Meanwhile, Nat tucks in John and gors to read a while in the other room as she starts her fantasy.
Jess is also reading and fantasising about being in a castle with Antonio when there is a knock at the door.
Starr is reading to Jack who keeps asking questions. Starr reads that the stubborn king can't marry the new lady until the queen's head is cut off from her body. LOL, Dorian's the lady-in-waiting to queen Blair and vows she'll do whatever to save her life. Gotts love RS today!
Oh, this is funny. King Todd swoops Van away from Cris's side into a kiss. VAn answers Cris's question about whether the king's a good kisser with "no, I hated it, and I hate my father for doing this". Honestly, this scene isn't much different from the usual Cringe stufff, LOL.
King Todd visits Queen Blair to tell her that her head comes off tomorrow and he's marrying her replacement. LOL, Dorian! She greets Princess Evangaline and sends Cris off to the servants' quarters.
Cole and Starr in costume next, then back to Starr reading Jack the queen and king story.
I kinda wish they would have continued in the story line, tieing in Valentines day..i really liked what amc did.. although this is good comedy relief lol
WTF, OLTL just morphed into AMC - no really. Zach and Kendall are in a bowling alley with a disco ball. Oh, someone at the station posted a "Please satnd by" notice. Hope we don't lose too much of OLTL. Anyone else have this happen?
It's back now.
Princess Starr begs her father, King Todd, not to chop off her mom's head. King Todd refuses and Princess Starr collapses into Sir Cole's arms. This is too funny to recap. Now Princess Evangaline tells Starr that she doesn't love her father, but rather Sir Cristian, who turns up just in time. LOL, Dorian comes in twirling her belt, says the cruel king won't be a problem much longer.
Sir Cole's in the dungeon now with Queen Blair...Dorian arrives, says she poisoned the King's wine and he'll be a goner in one sip. Queen Blair says NOOOOO, he can NOT die and sends Sir Cole off to save him, for the love of Starr.
LOL, as Dorian gets Todd to take a sip of his poisoned wine, Evangaline dumps it to the floor in a snit about having to marry him. Dorian to the rescue as she poisons yet another glass. Cole pops in to tell the king his wine is poisoned.
All of a sudden, Todd forgives Queen Blair for having been unfaithful, calls off the wedding to Evangaline, tells Starr she can marry Cole after all, calls for everyone to kiss. Dorian's so happy she takes a swill of wine and keels over dead.
Nat's fantasy - she, Roxy and Rex are in the pharoah's tomb. Rex complains that they sold their Edsel to get there, and how are they going to get home, LOL. (He was trying to steal some of the treasure before Nat stopped him.)
UCK - Nat's story is that the pharoah will come back to life if his heart is replaced. Seems he had ordered it cut out and placed in his wife's sarcophagas. Nat (in the dream) opens a crypt and a mummy jumps out. She screams, awakening John.
This really is awfully silly, but kind of funny. I loved the mangled accent Todd was using.
Spoiler lady just announced that a rewrite has been done re Truman's murderer. No news other than that.
Okay, so Nat found the heart and stuck it in the mummy's crypt. John appears, bellowing about having been awakened. Pharoah John says she looks exactly like his dead wife, then whips her down into a big kiss. Nat swoons afterwards as John grabs her hand and says let's get out of here. Then Pharoah John pronounces that not one piece of treasure can leave the room or they'll all be doomed. Roxy empties all her stolen loot and gets a piggy back ride out of the tomb courtesy of Rex.
Back to Jessica's fantasy. Nash, the stable boy, has come to the house to announce that Lady Jessica's favourite horse, Heathcliff, is dying. Jess is sad, Lord Huffer comforts her, says she must say goodbye to Heathcliff and they head down to the stables. Nash is HOT in that outfit today!!!!!!! Yuck -Lord Huffer's being uber-kind to the stable-boy, offering him a room to stay in the main house, but Nash declines. Huff's summoned to the house, leaving Jess and Nash who declare their love for each other and kiss a bunch. Some dialogue about how they shouldn't be doing this, need to tell Antonio.....She says she loves both men. Nash says she must choose.
Lord Huffer rushes to the stable to ask Nash to help him with Lady Jessica who has been ill, crying and weird since the night Heathcliff died. She is delerious and calling out Nash's name. Lord Huffer asks the stable boy if he has something to tell him. Sick Jess tells Nash that she couldn't choose...Nash offers to leave...Lord Huff says it's okay that they love each other. He will not stand in their way. LH kisses Lady Jess, says she will always be the love of his life, then pats Nash on the back saying he will always be his friend. Jess frets that Antonio willbe all alone but Nash assures her that he'll find someone new.
Talia, the maid, offers herself up to Lord Huffer as comfort. Nash and Jess rejoice that they can start living their lives together and declare their love.
Jess puts down her book, staring out the window with that pitiful Jessica pout ahe always had around Huffer. Antonio is asleep on that ratty sofa-bed thing in their loft.
