i agree that she would want to be buried w/her son. her mom did not disown her....she *disowned* her mother....at least according to stern blech.

they can't rush results for tests that haven't even been mandated as yet. that hearing has yet to take place. no matter what's at stake courts always take forever.

i hope stern isn't the father. i think he's slime.

The whole thing really has become such a sad sick state of affairs. My heart goes out to the baby. Anna Nicole's mother and boyfriend are both nasty in my book. I actually think that the mother is a media whore, with Sterns not much better.

I was hoping for the guy in LA, but now he has teamed up with the mother. My heart really goes out to the child, and I can only hope that the judicial system will tie-up any funds that child will come into, until she is an adult. I think that it is the only way the baby will have any chance.

I dont' understand all this legal crap, california courts, Florida courts, bahamas. Just read the will and see what she wanted! My guess is buried by her son. Anna's BF said that her mom hung up on Anna the last phone conversation regarding the death of her son, so either way, they weren't close.

At the very least they need to embalm her. That should be some sort of law. After the autopsy, then embalm! It's really sad!

The kicker in the whole Anna Nicole thing is that I don't believe she has a current will. There was one from five years ago, where she appointed Sterns as her son's guardian, but I believe that there has not been on since the birth of the baby.....

Just a completely sad situation all around!

her will was written before daniel died & danielynn was born. she left her estate to daniel. essentially the will is so out of date i think they consider her having died intestate....no will.

all that being said, i think she would want to be burried w/her son.

i think anna nicole & her mom had quite an advasarial relationship. that doesn't mean they didn't love each other tho. i think stern & anna's drug addiction is what caused much of their rift.

Isn't Stern claiming there is a new will? Anyone watch Nancy Grace? She's been interviewing a lot of people.
I don't understand the judge ordering her not to be laid to rest. He wanted a swab of her cheek. but the coroner says they got more than enough DNA. Judges can really make some inconsiderate rulings. Maybe they could put her in a masoleum until it's completely sorted out?

i think the big reason why she isnt being buried is because people are afraid that if she does then whoever has the baby can do whatever they want with her, they could replace her with another baby and without knowing for sure that she shares Anna's DNA they wont know whose baby it is. Im not sure if that makes sense, but thats what I got out of it.

And I usually watch Nancy Grace everynight, I think she is pretty good

The coroner said on Nancy Grace that he's got enough dna to test her against many people if need be, that's why I don't get them not releasing the body. Poor Anna Nicole, this is really awful.

did anyone see the latest video clip release, not sure why, but she has her face painted like a clown and looks totally drugged up. I don't know if it was released to make a point that she was on drugs or what. It was really freaky though.

I have to wonder WHY her lawyer boyfriend didn't get her into rehab if she was that bad off, he seems like he's got something to hide.

i don't think the fact that anna nicole & her mother were not close at the time of her death is so unusual.

mom was constantly warning her about the people she surrounded herself with....in particular stern. she was well aware that most of the times she spoke w/anna that she was drugged up ~~~ have you seen the *clown* video (and she was four month pregnant then). anna nicole had far more serious drug/mental problems than i think even the media knew about. if stern loves her so much & loves *his daughter* why on earth would he ever put that kind of video out in the universe??? why saddle poor danielynn w/that image of her mother?? he's a pig!

that bodyguard/paramedic was on one of the entertainment shows last night ~~~ cut off the interview actually. okay, i can understand calling the consierge to have them call 911 b/c who knows the actual address of the hotels they stay at......but to call stern before calling for an abulance??? WTF? and he admitted he did that. but no, stern wasn't controlling her. not at all. GAH!

i maintain that if stern is so damn sure he's the daddy he would have the damn DNA testing done & be done w/it. all this avoidance just makes me more sure that birkhead is the real father.

He's a pig for video taping her instead of getting her mental/drug related help. I don't think he's the father and that's a good thing. I hope someone has the best interests of the child in mind. That judge was a joke, he was blubbering on the stand. I'm glad he has emotions, but that's really not how a judge should behave on the bench. It's all madness
