star & cole's relationship? has he forgiven cole for the mistakes he made ~~~ esp given how much has been forgiven todd? does he have a clue that blair has gone off her nut? has star asked for todd's help w/blair?
i'm thinking not on all counts. i think todd needs to focus on his daughter & her problems w/blair.

Seems like Blair has excluded Todd from all their lives by moving back in with Dorian, I hope Todd at lease has visitation rights. Who knows what they arranged in their last split! I don't think he's aware, if he was he would want her to stay away, but if they have a nice talk maybe he will see things from her point of view
Well, don't get me started on Todd's behaviour, kris! He's so un-Todd-like for me that I'm just not getting the character any more. It seems that the writers are only showing Todd in the build up to his relationship with Evangeline. He hasn't done anything with his kids for a while that I can recall, but he didn't seem to be anywhere near as adamantly against Starr seeing Cole as Blair.
Will he deal with his kids soon? I don't think so. This week coming, he's getting the fake death certificate for TJ, will have an emotional meltdown in an elevator and get busy with Evangeline. It doesn't sound like he's going to address Starr and Cole, or Blair, for that matter.
Too bad, too. Starr needs someone in her corner throughout this Cole thing. Kids never obey the kind of ultimatum that Blair issued to Starr last week, and if Todd had any knowledge of it (and maybe there will be some mention, but I'm not counting on it) I'm sure that he (that is how I perceive the REAL Todd to be) would jump in there and try to work out something with Starr. But as I said, I'm not counting on any of that happening.
i have to admit i have a real problem w/this whole idea of todd breaking down after rex gives him the fake death certificate.
at no point in this whole, long, drawn out SL has todd ever said he won't rest until he finds his *beloved* son. it's always been more about thwarting spencer & claiming what is *his*. now i have no problem w/that concept b/c it's very todd~like. what i have a problem w/is the whole emotional breakdown over it. just more of higley's plot driven crap.
we didn't know how good we had it when malone was at the helm. maybe the new cowriter will help. i hope this going to ease higley right out the door.

Oh, for the days of Malone!!! You're right, kris, it is very in character of Todd to "claim what's his", and all spoilers say that's exactly what he's going to do, or at least try. One good thing that could come of it is that Rex and Adriana probably can't survive the fall-out. Those two together bore me to pieces!
I'm surprised Todd cared about the baby at all. They never really developed the story so that you could see him work past the anger of getting raped, then evolving to caring (even a tiny bit) for the child. It came out of left field that he wanted to find the child. Was there ever a conversation with Viki or Blair that he could love the baby? I know he talked like it was a possession to Rex, but that doesn't satisfy me.
I think breaking down over the death cert is too much.
Also there is the issue of the dates. The baby came 12 months after the rape. Todd is intelligent enough to take that into consideration.
I guess that's why I don't follow Todd anymore. What he does or doesn't do. I did like that he hired Jessica. Otherwise, I am so done with Todd, and Blair for that matter. Lost interest in her schizo ways!
shonda rhimes...she is the creator, producer & head writers for our beloved Grey's Anatomy. everything in the scripts.....even done by the other writers....has a reason. every story is character driven & many of the situations written are real life experiences by the various writers. if you're a fan of GA you should read the writers' blogs. really gives you insight.
