There's been some speculation that it's RJ, and I would absolutely hate that. Never mind that RJ would never target Nora, he hasn't been mentioned in ages, nor seen.
Have you read the other spec that the arsonist might be Vincent's sleazy lawyer? That doesn't have a good ring to me, either. I don't think I care who it is, LOL.
i agree....RJ would never risk nora & matthew....then again i wouldn't put it past higley to totally trash RJ's character.
vince's lawyer doesn't make any sense. he has no real reason to go after these people. what he did when he was vincent's lawyer was all posturing....part of his job.

Who hates the Vegas and Nora? But they would also have to have some spite for Vincent too.... Old Santis come to haunt them? Colson broke outta prison?

I'm afraid that I'm one of those who put forward the RJ theory over on the OLTL/SOC board.
I can't think of any reason why he would target Nora's house either, frankly, but otherwise he fits the profile. And, he's been known to set fires before.
The reason why I'm so worried that the writers are going to make it be RJ is that we haven't seen in him in so long, Lindsay mentioned him the other day, and he's been taken off contract! It would be just like TPTB to twist his character, just so they can have an excuse to get rid of him altogether...
This is one case when I truly hope that I'm totally wrong!!!

Oh Moore, that's okay, LOL! I knew you had offered up the suggestion of RJ as I was lurking for spoilers the other day. (I came up empty though, which served me right, lol.) You probably are right, and I'm afraid that RJ's character will be written out as an evil twisted nutcase, suffering from his unrequited love for Nora and his dislike of all things Vega (well, that part's true).
