for me it's a dead heat between tamara & laura. i hated jennifer....i tried not too, but just could not accept that recast. sarah was great until tamara came along.

Tamara made me love the character of Carly, and Sarah is a close second. The ultimate Carly moment for me was when Brenda was back in town, they were faking Sonny's death, and Carly went into the mob meeting with a baseball bat. Now that was Carly in her glory!
Granted the current Carly is making the role her own, but i just don't like this incarnation of Carly like Tamara's. Heck I even liked Michael back when Tamara was playing his mom, they had some incredible chemistry.
The role has evolved, and each actress has left her stamp, excluding the third, who had the deer in the headlights look. I thought she was awful!
Sarah would always be my first choice, even though I hardly got time to see her when I started back watching GH. My second choice would be Tamara.....she was sorta skinny and fiery but for some reason she ooozed sex appeal to me. I really like Laura and think she's doing a good job but for some reason she's only my third choice. Its not because she's not sexy either, i've seen her legs and they are gorgeous.......face attractive enough. I just don't get the sexpot thing that Carly should have as part of the character that Sarah and Tamara had going on. She sorta seems like a sweet type girl who has sex instead of like a vamp. I really didn't like the choice of Jennifer at all......nothing about her struck me as Carly like and I think they just picked a chick with red hair and said she's Carly.
She's a jealous girl but still sexy as ever!
