CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS - PART 3 04.12.07: We have ourselves a deal. Im pleased to say ABC and I reached an agreement yesterday, and Im just as pleased to get back to the real work at hand: creating stories you like to watch.
And speaking of that, arent Bree Williamson (Jessica) and Forbes March (Nash) doing a great job with their story line? Their challenge is only getting bigger with the temporary absence of Kamar de los Reyes (Antonio). I know a lot of you join me in wishing him a speedy recovery.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS - PART 2 04.06.07: So now my webmaster (who seems to really know whats going on) reports that Soap Opera Weekly says I have issues related to Renees contract. The truth of the matter is, mine is a businesslike contract negotiation conducted in a professional manner on all sides and I would never interfere in Renees business. The folks at ABC and I are doing our best to work out my new agreement, and Im sure we will. I have a great job and great fans, and I appreciate both.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS 04.03.07: Four years have flown by, and the unfortunate result is that contract negotiation time has rolled around. Any time you get the lawyers involved, life gets complicated. But Im hopeful we can get all the details ironed out soon, so we can get back to the business of telling great stories. Thank you so much for all your support. It means a lot.
