I was reading over on SOC, and everyone is soooo pro Jess/Nash here are some comments I left over there, just thought I'd get yall's opinion.
Post 1:
Nash's "Love/Obession" with Jessica has simply made him pathetic. I agree he loves Jessica, so much so that he has believed her the 30 times she said she would tell Antonio, and bought her story everytime for why it has to wait. Its so sad. He really needs to have more respect for himself.

Okay, I just don't understand how everyone can defend Nash and Jessica. Yes they are in love or whatever, but regardless JESSICA IS MARRIED TO ANTONIO and she has the power to change that and be hones with him and has chosen not to. That is not Antonio's fault. The right thing to do would have never done anything with Nash until she told Antonio, yes he would have been hurt but how is going to feel after he has been lied to for a month? All Jessica ever tells Antonio is she HATES Nash, and again today she tried to get Nash to keep that act up. This is Jessica's doing.
And Nash, eveyone bashes Antonio for "never seeing Jaime", but if your daughters mother was sick don't you think you want to be with your daughter if you couldn't be with the mother? Nope, not Nash he has her at the sitter, he could have prayed and talked to God at home and waited on news, which Vikki promised him she would give him. Nash comes off as really pathetic, he needs to have a little pride and tell Jessica he doesn't want anything to do with her until she tells Antonio, and stick to it. Instead he follows her around like a sick puppy, make 90 million phone calls. She has told him time and time again she would tell Antonio, but has she? NO!! Really, have a little self-respect and don't be and enabler to Jessica's adultury.
And you just backed all of my points on why this storyline went from really good to suckfest really quickly. And that is of course one of the many reasons I have stopped watching.

This is one reason why I stopped watching OLTL. I can't even find enough energy for the soap to discuss it. The writing, as we've said for so long, is just so horrid, the stories so painful, it isn't worth my time.
The Santi stories would be a welcome relief from this crap, that's for sure. I know how much people complained about it, but I don't recall people actually snapping off the soap in utter disgust the way they are now. I actually never really hated the Santi stuff, just found it a bit bizarre, but it was far more palatable than what Higley has done to the show now.
I was never a big Nash fan but he seems sooooo pathetic right now to me. Like today when he was in Jessica's room, and "you haven't changed your mind, have you" well appearntly she hasn't made it up, as she STILL HASN"T TOLD ANTONIO.
you know, it's not always so easy to come clean & antonio has this tendency to cut jessica off when she tries to have a conversation w/him.
as for nash not being w/brennan. jaime is going through a real crisis & i don't see him even calling RJ to check up on how she's doing. of course nash wants to be w/jessica as much as possible.

Yeah, I don't have issues with the kid things, b/c I know they are only used as plot devices. I just, am making a point that we see Jaime as much as Brennen.
I've been upset with Nash for a while now, he's overbearing and pushy, then again so it Antonio. Maybe Jess should get away from both men and really Find herself....
Newest pathetic moment. Hi I am Nash, I am not allowed to come in your room b/c you allow your family to not let me, but I will stand at the window and stare while you continue to give your husband the impression that you love him and only him. Then I be all a gah at your blown kisses, even though, as of right now I am the other man you refuse to tell your family about. Seriously, Nash, HAVE SOME PRIDE.
