Farah Fath, who just left Days, posted in her myspace blog

I believe I stated earlier that my goal was to be working again by the fall...well I am back to work this September. haha. Goals CAN be achieved! I have inked a multi-year deal with the ABC soap opera "One Life to Live". It is NOT for the role of "Sarah Roberts" as it has been reported. I was considered for that part but the execs have decided to write a role just for me. Which is why I wont start taping for a few months. I am SO honored and excited. I left "Days" because I craved some change in my life and this is going to be some serious change! I mean...I have to move to New York for starters...

Farah confirmed the news on her MySpace this morning. Per her announcement, she inked a multi-year deal with ABC's One Life to Live, and is back to work in September. She looks like she could be attractive. I don't know about the acting part.

I hope her character likes to wear high heels and short skirts.

I think that she is a really good actor, her character on Days made some stupid mistakes but she pulled it off everytime

Thanks so much, Bran. She's much better as a brunette, looks-wise. Can't say I'm impressed with her acting, though.

Mimi's character is very... she's not exactly the most outgoing and frankly, I don't think the role was built to accent Fath's acting. There were many good spots for Mimi but unfortunately a lot of the storylines she had were written by JER and he didn't do anything to make the character likeable. I think she'll be fine if she's allowed to put more of herself into a character.

I loved Farah on Days the writing was just shit. I can't wait to see her bring some thing new to Llanview. It would be funny to see a crossover and have Maxie and her character meet up lol.

LOL, I'll take your word for it, Bran. I've never seen DOOL, and the YouTube clips are the first ever I've seen of it.

Anybody know what age range this gal is in? She looks to be early twenties, like Adriana and Layla.

definitely twenties...maybe they can have her interact with Rex, that would be more interesting then Adrianna..

She's 23. So ya she hits that group just fine. She was playing Mimi on Days and I would have placed Mimi around 23-25 range.

i think that Mimi on Days was of the age where she should have been in college, so yeah 23-25 works...and I dont think they will do a cross over sadly because GH is filmed in Cali and OLTL in NY. Though Farah might entice me to tune in
