It's interesting that Marcie would have Rex meet her there of all places, does anyone recall how upset she was when the foster couple had Tommy in that same bar!
See, I always wonder about Rodi's, I think I had this discussion about Jamie being there once. I think it is more of a Chilli's like place than an actual bar.
when the foster parents had tommy at rhodies it was late at nigh & past his bedtime. they were also drinking...quite a bit. BOTH were drinking...meaning no designated driver. rhodie's is kind of a family place. bo has taken matthew there, star has eaten there as well. different atmosphere at night than the middle of the day.
