WOW!!! So what happened to all that crap about Nash finding Antonio in Spain and offering to walk away from Jessica if Antonio donates part of his liver to save her? Hmmm - maybe the PTB are catching on that this triangle garbage had gone on long enough.

Edited to add - Oh, it's actually Viki's sample that's a match. Dorian put her own name on Viki's sample because the lab wouldn't have allowed Viki to donate because she's already given away one kidney and has had a transplant herself. Ugh. Just when I thought maybe I could come back to watching, this damn thing that gave me hope has turned out to be a big fat nuthin', lol. UGH.
so it is vicki hmmm i have a feeling they are gonna say no to that and then find out antonio is another match. that is how they going to get antonio back from spain
One thing that really makes this story such a stretch is the fact that she has two brothers in London. They could have mentioned that they were being tested. Also, this really helps to make the Todd MIA story even stranger. Todd would be there getting tested in a second.
I find the whole Antonio being the match, and life saver, such a long stretch....
They did mention in a phone call that Joey and Kevin are being tested, kinda dumb on Viki's part to get tested, get their hopes up, and then learn they won't take her liver!
is it even possible for Antonio to be a match to Jessica. I remember when I was in Hawaii they had a marrow drive and they didnt even want me to donate because I would be compatible with Hawaiians.
I think it's a huge stretch to make Antonio the match in this case, and it's such an obvious tool for the extension of the damn triangle. There, for a short second, when Sarah told us about Paige's announcement (that Dorian would be a match), I felt a glimmer of hope that this soap might be taking a turn for the better. But no.
it's extremely rare for people of another race to match....tho i have to admit to some ignorance here. i never thought of Hispanics as a separate race.....i always thought of them as part of the caucasian race.
the reason jessica would be hard to match is that she has no full siblings. natalie, joey & kevin are all full sibs. jessica only shares vicki w/them. vicki & todd would also be highly unlikely matches b/c they don't share genetics 100%. vicki even trying to be the donor is just plain stupid. she doesn't qualify on numerous levels.

yeah it was kind of dumb for Vicki to get tested..it just got peoples hopes up for nothing. Though its cool that they made the mom the match...My mom was my sisters match
