Ok the seasons have changed and once again so have I lol. I got bored with the blonde and realized it was going to be a ton of maintenance, so what'd I do ... I dyed my hair again lol. I went with a dark color this tiem I was considering straight out black but I was scared so I got very dark brown ... yeah it's almost black and in some parts it is lol. But I like it! I think I might even get some cool red highlights or something like that. I love what the Langson's hair is like but I don't think I could ever grow my hair that long. I'd get too bored waiting for it.
I've been tempted so many times to go red, but then I saw how much maintenance that color requires when my youngest daughter took the plunge a few years ago.
She's been back to blonde again ever since the red experience (and her natural color is a pale blonde, the lucky wretched child), and I imagine that I'll probably remain a blonde too, at this stage of my life. (It blends better with those other unwanted colors that are popping up!)
What I DO remember from my daughter's red experience, as wall as the pain of keeping the color fresh, was that it really brought out her eyes (it was a dark red), and made her pale skin look gorgeous.
I agree with KaeEll that your dark color is doing the same thing for your eyes and skin! Good choice...
