10. One of my toes slips out of joint every so often and I have to stomp around on it to put it back.

9. I read the last chapter first in novels.

8. The only movie I ever cried in was Seabisquit.

7. My friends call me a white witch because of all my remedies.

6. I am terrified of driving on the big highways around my town. This is new, maybe 6 years.

5. I hate wearing shoes. Barefoot or flipflops, weather permitting. But I love pedicures.

4. I like my dogs better than some (extended) family members. You can forgive bad breath on a dog.

3. Peonies make me swoon. It's the best time of year when they're in bloom.

2. All winter I'm a night hawk, all summer, a morning person.

1. I snort when laughing hard.

10. I'm allergic to insect saliva, and a good bite will send me to the hospital in an ambulance.
9. I also like my dogs better than most of my extended family.
8. I have lived in the same house for 17+ years, and I am petrified at the thought of moving.
7. I also hate shoes, but because of my stupid allergies have to always have something on my feet when outside.
6. I have really bad environmental allergies, and we had to relocate a meeting at work today, because a woman in the previous one had some really strong flowery perfume on, that made me start to wheeze.
5. I am allergic to carpet glue. When they replaced them at work, it got me a ride to the hospital in an ambulance. I think there's an allergy thing going on here.
4. I am allergic to dogs, I have two, so I take claritin every day.
3. I am totally type Aish about my lawn, and drive my neighbors nuts by mowing it at least twice a week. Thank goodness for my riding lawn mower.
2. I am into a weird phase trying to find the perfect sunless tanning product, since Este Lauder does not make the kind I swore by any longer. I have had orangish tints to different degrees for the last three weeks.... sigh.....
1. With all my allergies, I adore the outside, and love nothing better than to dig holes and plant flowers and watch them grow. They attract bees, but I'm not trading them in. I carry my epi pen when outside.

6 - I'm very hyper/nervous all the time, I do things too quickly

I'll have to come back to this one

but I want to say that Lancome has some great tanning products

5 - I snort when I laugh too
4 - I'm addicted to the internet
3 - I'm a shutterbug, always have been
2 - I love my dog like a baby too
1 - some of my dreams come true (tiny bit psychic?)

I tried the Laoncome flash bronzer airbrush. Let's just say that while my legs, arms and face came out great, my feet were an absolute mess. My toes were so bad that I was calling myself dirty feet, and had to wear shoes with trowser socks for a week. I tried it twice, and because it is clear, I could not get it right, even after rubbing it in with the facial wipe. Dang that stuff really stays on, I was scrubbing my skin for a week trying to get if off of me!

I'll try to find the Aveno stuff, I love aveno products.

Tanning products - just NO! For my son's wedding I tried some on my chest because the dress I was wearing was quite low and I wanted my cleavage to match the rest of me that was naturally tanned a bit. Quell disaster! I had orangey boobs because I had never tanned there before. I was mortified, had to put makeup on them, looked terrible. I'll never, ever try any of that crap again.

Argh, that wedding! It took place in St. John's, Newfoundland, a charming enough city, but where they rarely have temperatures requiring air conditioning. The day of the wedding, it was a stifling 34 degrees, with a humidex factor of something vile. Bad hair weather! The hairdresser at the hotel suggested she put starch in my hair so it wouldn't frizz up. Not a fabulous idea. They got married in an art gallery, no air, men in 3 piece wool morning suits. Lots of sweat.

I remember saying to my son's new in-laws at the reception something that I would later regret (they split up before their second anniversary). What a huge waste of time, money and energy. I'm not a big wedding fan.

off topic here, but did you exfoliate first? Then put some vaseline on those really dry spots around the feet, the elbows and the knees? Moisturize first too. I got lancome for the face and body, and I do like it. But I also do well with the cheapest, generic brand at Walmart...

PS this is a Fun post
