If they want us to believe Jess is really dying, then Joey and Kevin should have been on the first plane back to Llanview

And shouldn't they be prepping Jess for surgery knowing Tonio is on his way?

Why's he just standing there looking in, he has to be prepped too!

prepping jess was implied. it stands to reason antonio would want to see jessica for a moment before being prepped.

having joey back would have required a recast. having kevin back would have meant kiss dan's ass & i don't think they're going to do that tho there are rumors he may be back for *the big event next month* aka asa's death. should be interesting to see how they accomplish that. if i were dan my return would have to include a nice, big, juicy contract & three long term major SLs.

Or they could go the route of, Joey and Kevin are in the waiting room, but at least pretend they came to see her??? ! And they should kiss Dan's ass! A Joey recast could be done fairly easily.
