I know I haven't been around in a while, but it's been very weird here for me. I'm just really going through a kind of rough time, battling a small bout of depression.
My little cousin is sick again, I'm having serious problems with a boy and my mother is being a mega-bitch. Jackson was also having some trouble at daycare.
I'm sorry I haven't really checked in, but I'm always thinking of you all, and thank you for not forgetting me via myspace.
I just wanted to let everyone know I was alive and well, I just needed some time away from all the online activities I accumulated.
Hey Jojo! I'm really sorry to hear that you are not feeling like your normal self, and I'm also sorry to hear about glitches in life. Sometimes it can really feel like everything hits at once, and that you just need to keep on ducking your head to avoid all the crap.
Please hang in there, and if there's anything I can help with please let me know, or if you just want someone to chat with, please drop me a note. Depression sucks, and unfortunately it seems to have no preferences in who it picks as it's next victim, fortunately it will usually pass, but cause, and leave, havoc in it's wake.
I'll be routing for you, and saying an extra prayer. I'm sending lots of cyber hugs your way, and if there is anything I can do, please let me know, and I'm here for you!
Hey, Jojo!! So great to see you here, even if just for a drive by. I really hope things brighten up for you soon, that your litttle cousin's health improves and that life's bumps and knocks roll over you more gently.
Hey JoJo we are here for you, if you need to talk stop on by! I find this board is a great stress reliever. And take your B vitamins! they really help with depression, double up the first week.
Jojo, I'm so sorry to hear about your little cousin; I remember how we all said many prayers for him several months ago. It just so happens that I have an endless supply of prayers stored away, so I'm going to send up some more, on your little cousin's behalf... Hang in there!
Depression can be very insidious. It can sneak up on you very slowly without your fully recognizing that it's there at first, and then, once it has made itself quite comfortable living inside of you, refuses to go away! I've had my own experiences with it, and so I want to tell you that, if it isn't going away in a reasonable amount of time, get some help with it. Don't be afraid to use some medication for a while either. Sometimes, that's enough to help you "remember" what it feels like to NOT be depressed, and then you can get back to your usual self.

hey this is the cousin who has cancer of some kind? I have been going to church a lot lately. I will have her put on our prayer list. You need to email me and give me details again...

hey, on a plus side...if you get medicine for your depression...I use welbutrin and it works great. I have heard that it supposedly helps with weight loss too but I haven't felt that yet.

Shel, Ryan is the little cousin I posted on here a while ago about. He's undergoing some radiation because the cancer wasn't all gone like they thought it was. I appreciate you all keeping him in your thoughts and prayers.
I thought about seeing a doctor, but I'm still unsure about it. I've been through these little bouts before, and I might just need some time. I dont' know. If it gets any worse, I will go to the doctor for sure.
