Talia uses her wits to subtly question Tate and get a sample of his handwriting. Adriana agrees to have breakfast with Tate. Langston and Markko clash. Starr accepts Markko's invitation to the prom. Bo uses Lindsay's gallery to trap the hate crimes ringleader. Kirk is shaken by Bo's questions concerning Tate. Rex remains suspicious. Marcie talks Langston into going to the prom. Britney looks forward to going to the prom with Cole. Dorian presents Starr with the perfect prom dress. Blair refuses to give up on Todd. Meanwhile, a near dead Todd has an unlikely savior.

TALK ABOUT MARRYING FOR LOVE
John remains skeptical of Dorian's claims about David and Marty. Clint has a bomb dropped on him by Dorian. Marty is disgusted at the thought of making love to Miles on their wedding night. Cracking under John's questioning, David backs up Dorian's claim, but conviently leaves out Asa's name. David isn't too happy with John's determination to set him free. Marty makes it clear to Miles that they are married in name only. Clint is outraged to learn of Asa's deal with David, while David sets out to get even with his former lover. Viki is shocked to learn of Llanview's newest couple. Cole looks to John for a shoulder to lean on. John wants the truth from Marty. Backed into a corner, Marty confesses her belief of murdering Spencer, but keeps mum about her marriage to Miles. John has a different idea about the identity of Spencer's murderer. In an attempt to smoke out the real culprit, John gets David released from Statesville. Miles turns the tables on Blair when she attempts to seduce him in order to get information about Todd.
