A manhunt begins for a missing child. Despite Emily's misgivings, Nikolas sets out to find Jerry, who he believes has taken Jacob. Lucky accuses Elizabeth of negligence. Carly suspects Jerry snatched Jacob. Sam receives a delivery of baby clothes. Amelia thinks Sam knows more about the kidnapping than what she is saying. Jerry makes contact with Jax, whom keeps the call secret from Carly. Tracy is committed to Shadybrook.

CELEBRATING FATHER'S DAY!
An awkward situation becomes even more when Kate arrives to the Father's Day celebration at Greystone with a publisher friend of hers. Sonny tries to take things in stride as Carly and Jax arrive with Michael and Morgan. When Jax becomes friendly with Kate's friend, Carly takes action and pushes Kate's buttons. Michael and Morgan enjoy the time spent with Jax and Sonny takes notice just how much. Kate notices Sonny hiding his sadness when Carly and the boys leave with Jax. After learning of Jacob's kidnapping, Sonny orders Spinelli to use his computer skills to track down the missing child. Sam becomes top priority for both Jason and Sonny. Sonny asks Dianne what would be the best course of action for Jason regarding the paternity of Jacob. Kate is unnerved when she learns a tabloid is going to run a story on her and Sonny's connection. She goes to Sonny in the hopes of putting the kibosh on the nasty rumors the tabloid is going to print. Amelia comes to see Sonny with lovemaking on her mind. Kate realizes just what is going on between Sonny and Amelia behind closed doors.
