There's a river not too far from here that people go fishing/swimming in. A little girl and her granpa were reported missing Wednesday. Obviously assumed dead.
Just today they found the little girl (5). She and her grandpa had gone swimming off their boat, but she somehow got ahold of a branch and survived. The grandpa did not.
Appears the grandpa didn't have a vest on her, which is illegal in this state. So it's a miracle she's alive!!!
Awwww, that's so sad about grandpa, but a miracle the little girl made it! We have a fairly sizable amounts of drowings and stuff around here. I wouldn't let Jackson near a boat without a lifejacket!
