maybe the young lady is Sarah

the young wife..I have no clue. How many young wifes do we have. Maybe its Marty telling Miles that he cant blackmail her anymore..that would be horrible for him

Though it could be Marcie, I read somewhere that she has a secret or something and it comes into play when Mikey says he wants more kids...and its horrible for him because he knows that Tommy isnt theirs.
